Shady area due to homeless, but great store. Security at the door. Lots of variety and selections.

This store needs to be more strict about their staff’s behavior; In no way, shape or form should staff be rude and disrespectful to their customers.

First time my mom and Me come to this store I was looking for something I asked the person who was the security and worker and she was so rude and said those are all the socks that I was in shock when I couldn't be helped and wrost of all she was very rude

But the cashier lady who helped me and my mom she was nice and helpful

Why do you put the price stickers on the glass? This is horrible! Just put the price on the back!

Nice and clean our cashier was cussing Karla saying shut while ranging me up! The Manager just stood there like it was nothing! Poor customer service! Love the store! We enjoyed the shopping experience thanks

Hello. Love the prices and quality.
Need more workers. Lines are extremely long and workers are unattached emotionally.
Please help the disabled ones. Provide some services to do so.

This location is always organized and easy to shop for home decor, accessories, shoes and clothes. Fitting room person was very helpful and friendly.

Went there today and found 2 outfits for my granddaughters. Both were on the clearance rack and had labels that clearly showed the original price and then the clearance price. I get to the register and the cashier finds a return receipt on one of the items with the original price and rings it up as such. I explained I got it on the clearance rack and showed her the clearance tag. She told me the clearance price was wrong! I told her to keep the item, I was not paying more for it. I guess I should have asked to speak to someone more COMPETENT but I simply paid for the other items and left. I realize there is a major staffing shortage nationwide but when you hire people that enjoy arguing over something that is CLEARLY marked with a price, you will lose customers.

Prices are ok, selection is eh, I never really walk out with anything besides a pair of leggings because they always have the same clothes. But other than that, the employees there are nice as well as the security.

When the managers and supervisors interview the employees I think they tell them 'we absolutely don't care about customer service here, you don't have to greet the customers when they go up to the register, just scan their stuff, charge them and that's all, don't even tell them how much their total is, just tell them to insert their card. That's exactly what I experience every single time I come here. It NEVER fails. The only people who are nice and polite to customers are the securities by the entrance. They always greet you when u enter the door. I really hope the management gets the team together and talks to them about giving customers good customer service. I know the area is ghetto and they might hate their job but c'mon man, you still have to give paying customers good customer service.

Great store it was very quick n there today not 2 many shoppers out because it was very hot out n San Diego

This is a really great store. Everything is usually pretty organized and the prices are great. But one cashier is not enough for such a busy store. Although I must admit despite having a really long line she was really pleasant and had a great attitude.

️ Warning ️ You WILL end up buying way more things than you ever thought you would at this store! They just have SO MANY fun things there! Wheather it's app controlled LED lights for your motorcycle, or a cool Bluetooth speaker to jam out on. Or even some fresh new threads and shoes. IT'S ALL GOOD! Why? Because it's all at THE BEST PRICE AROUND! I never get tired of this place! That goes for any of the D. D's Discounts that I've been to. From San Diego County to Yuma Az. I LOVE D. D. 'S DISCOUNTS! ️

This is a great discount store for everyday clothing and accessories for adults and children. I have found the items there to be of good value for money, as most of the items appear to be from your bigger brand stores.

Nice discount store to shop. Comparable to Ross, or Burlington Factory. Lots of choices at affordable prices. You get store credit on returns.
