Always like to come over and see the offers and look for automobile stuff great and cheaper place

All DD's are a hit or miss store on whether you'll be lucky to find discount products that you will actually need or want. It's the luck of the draw

The customer service is improving, now if they could clean up the shoe department. It would be better.

They had kind service and when I was looking for my 1950s skirt I had 3 people help me out and it was just what I needed

If i could I'll give them a Zero. They are not done with the customers transaction they the next while the customer the called is looking over the other customers transaction. And they are claim store policy. And for those who did not DD's discount is a sister store to Ross.

They don't return money they give their own store credit card.they should return money instead. This is california people need money.

Disarray. These "things" destroy their own store! I pity the workers who have to clean that up. Disgusting

Great selection. Should have plus sizes 26+ for women. But other than that, awesome stuff for a great price.

Awful line was long with 2 slow moving cashiers. And now refunds are store credit only. So they lost a customer

Staff is nice and helping and really sweet, the lines are way too long though. But still good prices so can't brag.

They don't give refunds only exchange with a receipt.no public restroom.most items a cheap and won't last.but sometimes you find a great deal on name brands. Don't buy the bra's. Only buy name brand items for t-shirts or they will be deformed. I could go on.but I think you get it.

Line was long and slow for no reason. There were 5 people at the registers. I felt like I was in line for a Disneyland ride on a weekend with no fast pass. The store itself was clean though.

Great place to shop for bargains. Love the prices on everything. They have clothes, purses, jewelry, shoes, household goods, etc. It is a treasure trove of various items and men's stuff also.

Smh. Where do I start. The manager thinks everyone is stealing. Imagine how my first and last visit went.

They don't have a public restroom anymore how do they expect us to shop with our children when they have to go to the restroom better yet if we have to go

I love dds. I usually find so much stuff here. Most of it is stuff I didn't go in for but still glad I find it all tho.

They sell awesome things! Except, that the security guards are on your ass. I was trying to purchase body wash and it was so annoying, that I left empty handed. I even made eye contact with the security guard and I don't think I'll be back there. I understand they should do their job, but I was only smelling the body washes. Blah!

Good deals need to work on keeping the store in order and adding more staff for better customer service
