Just had a safe delivered by Dean Safe. I would give 5 stars for that alone. The persons who delivered the safe were awesome. They had this crazy hand truck to move the safe and bring it up steps. The only issue was it was crazy loud. I had asked if it was going to be that loud going up stairs, movers confirmed it would be. I explained I had a 1 year old who just went to sleep. Immediately the movers said, "we're carrying it up by hand". And they did! It was great. And they were careful with the wood floors. Just a great experience.

I guess I should talk about the store and buying the safe too. It was a smooth and comfortable experience. Not once did I feel pressured. It was a very nice and easy transaction. I can see why they have been earning 5 stars.

There is a very good selection of pistol safes. That is all I've purchased from dean, but I have to say that the communication, price, and speed of delivery have made me a repeat customer.

The staff at the Culver City were very friendly and informative. They did not pressure and let you make your own purchase based on your needs. The delivery was prompt and the delivery crew were careful and helpful with any questions, I will definitely go back to them once I am in the market for a larger safe.

I have purchased a couple of safes from Dean Safe Co. I have also had Dean Safe move these safes to my second home out of state. I have a very difficult driveway and location where I live. No problem for Dean Safe. They made it look easy, I could not be happier with every experience that I have had there and with all of the folks that work there. I have also had experience with other safe companies in another state. Dean Safe is head and shoulders above every other company I have worked with. I have recommended Dean Safe to many of my friends and business associates. One other thing, I am a bit of a safe hobbyist and want strange locks and such. No problem at Dean Safe.
