GREAT PLACE, LOTS OF ACRES TO EXPLORE, GREAT STAFF, GREAT TO UNWIND AND FORGET ABOUT EVERYDAY LIFE AND IT’S RESTRICTIONS… IGNORE THOSE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF WI-FI IN EVERY SENTENCE AND THOSE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT FAMILIES AND CHILDREN…
IF YOUR ONLY CONCERN IS WI-FI YOU’RE OBVIOUSLY HERE FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS, DEAL WITH IT… FAMILIES AND CHILDREN BELONG HERE…

It was definitely an experience. Signs say clothing is optional but it is actually required to be unclothed in the hot tub and indoor pool which I wish had been on the sites information. But we went and made the best of it. Got in the hot tub and pool at night and had to ourselves. The female bartender was super sweet. The next day we were told the bar would open at 4 so we went at 530 and it was closed =[ food was closed =[ it was my birthday so this was unfortunate. The road to and from resort is washboard so take your time. But overall it was an experience =]

The staff here is incredibly helpful and kind, the natural environment is gorgeous, and the residents of the community are very welcoming. The new management is clearly making major changes to the infrastructure and events calendar, and trying to breathe youthful life into a slightly older community. The facilities are clean and regularly maintained, the hiking trails are gorgeous, and the pools are great (especially early morning and evening, when you can almost have them to yourself!). I came here for the first time a few months ago, fell in love with the place, and have been back many times since. You won't be disappointed—just open your mind and relax!

Relaxing.definitly a place to get away from it all.leave the rat race behind.and set yourself free clothing optional.fir those of us who like to peel off our clothes when we get off work and can't put anything on because clothes are too hot.

Needed a weekend getaway from the city. De Anza Spring Resort was quite the peaceful getaway. Everyone and the staff was quite friendly. Thank you Oggi for the hospitality and Josh for serving up the drinks and telling me more about previous and future events. Also a shout-out to the kitchen staff and everyone else I was not formally introduced to, Thank you for what you do!
I will be returning in the future!

I drove all night from the Central Valley in California. About a 6.5 hour drive. Arrived June 1st 2018. I can't say how impressed I was with the staff on June 1st. Early arrival I did not expect a room until 1: 00PM. However they had the room available for a early arrival. I would not expect that on a special weekend. I stayed a week in the Duplex Unit and the room was great. Nice bed, micro, mini fridge, great deck to sit and veg. Amenities were great. A lot of hiking trails to explore. Two pools, sauna, exercise room, and Spa. Restaurant food was great, Bar had great service.
Clocked the perimeter road 1.4 miles and a early and sunset walks work out great to avoid the sun exposer during the peak hours.
I was able to meet Dave the owner of the park. He's a nice gentleman worth meeting. There is a Jacumba Hot Springs for med week meals, plan your meals if your staying midweek like I did if you don't want to venture out. Stock up in El Cajon, El Centro.
Weather was great. Did reach around 100 a couple day's but the breeze was great.
I would recommend DeAnza Springs resort to all my friends and anyone looking for great place to introduce yourself to the.nudist lifestyle

Way off the beaten path with an awful county entrance rd, we enjoyed our time here and the people who attend here. Wish there were more to do when you're not able to hike for health reasons. Nice pool and hot tub and the entire staff is really accommodating, wish the bar and food service were more available. This is a clothing optional resort.

New management has breathed new life into a location that has it all. De Anza Springs is an oasis in the high desert adjacent to Anza-Borrego State Park-beautiful. But it needed better maintenance and more investment in the facility in order to be attractive to guests. This they have done.

Plus, the regular live music they sponsor is a delight, as is the surprisingly good food they serve. All for what, to me, are rock-bottom prices. Don't miss it.

I understand it's a clothing optional place but it was awkward being one of the few nude people among a whole group of people in clothing. I would estimate about 1/3 nudist and 2/3 textile for the weekend we were there.

We had fun. The new management are very friendly. Clearly working hard. Had many fun activities throughout the weekend. The live band they had on Friday night was amazing! Everything was clean. The Cafe was great. If we had known ahead we wouldn't have bothered bringing food. I only have 2 complaints. The main pool was freezing! The indoor pool was better, but still too cold for me. We did dry camping. Plenty of choices for bathrooms and showers, but all too far from the camping area. Also was poorly lit at night. Unfortunately I had to make a trip or two during the night and that part wasn't pleasant. But all in all it was very good.

Friendly staff and residents. Well maintained hiking trails. Great views. Fun events. Membership is well worth it if you plan to stay about 12 or more days a year but note that rates may have changed by the time you read this review.

Very chill place with excellent mountainous desert trails and nice amenities. I was not able to try the bar because it was closed, and I did not experience much nudity in the winter time but I'm not even mad - it's just a good spot to park your rig and enjoy nature.

Only 3 star because there lots of old men walking around here naked too much. So beware parents, if you wanted to bring your kids here just be warn in advance. Can't complain because it is an all nude resort. It is a very nice resort though n might be very nice at night for star watching too.
