Debbie helped with organizing, decluttering, staging, getting small projects done, touching up paint — and when I say “helped”, I mean she actually DID these things herself! I didn’t realize how much she would put her "personal touch" into getting my house ready for our first Open House, but that is how she does things! Selling my home became her mission and she took on the responsibility of making sure that my property was in tip top shape in an effort to capture top dollar. Debbie will make certain that your home will show as perfectly as she can possibly make it. Debbie is beyond competent, detail oriented and a perfectionist in her work, but she is also so sweet… I felt like I had a friend helping me through the whole process. She actually met with a debilitating accident 4 days before our property was due to go on the market; many people would have handed the project off to someone else.but Debbie showed up the next day in a wheelchair at the property to make sure things stayed on track. That is the kind of dedication and work ethic Debbie brings to the table! And of course all of her hard work paid off!  We got the highest price any condo had ever closed for in our building, and we didn't even have all of the upgrades! We got ALL CASH, a short inspection contingency, and a 14-day close.all a credit to her incredible negotiation skills.  She was always at least a step ahead of everyone! We would very highly recommend Debbie as an agent for anyone. We will definitely use her again for selling or buying in the future!

My husband and I met Debbie in 2012 when we were looking for a rental property in Long Beach. Debbie was the property manager for a townhome in the Bungalows that we were lucky to rent. From the very first meeting we had with Debbie, she was so friendly and personable, and made us feel so comfortable. Over the time we lived at this townhome, anything we ever needed she always was able to quickly resolve the issue.
