I’m scared of needles and after seeing Deena for my first acupuncture session for my back, she talk me through everything she was doing and calmed me down! After the session I felt really good and the stiffness in my lower back was way better.

I came to see Deena in hopes of finding migraine relief. I will second another reviewer who mentioned the calm and peaceful environment Deena provides. I was initially seeing Deena weekly, and I looked forward to my visits for the pain relief, but also because it was so nice to talk to someone who truly listens and cares, and was willing to create a plan for my care, and adjust it as needed (which Deena did on the spot one session when I was feeling down from a current migraine). Deena was my first appointment outside of traditional medicine, and she has helped me build my team. I now have consistent relief from my near daily headaches, head and eye pressure, neck pain, dizziness. I'm so grateful I made that first accupuncture appointment, and so thankful for my team - DO IT!

She offers cupping that can be accompanied along with the acupuncture, which is a great combination to relieve tension. She also offers facial rejuvenation acupuncture, which helps facilitate blood flow and lymph drainage. Overall, Deena’s welcoming presence allows you to feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!
