Defense Tactics and Instructor Shane made the whole ccw process extremely easy. Its affordable, the online portion was accessible and easy to navigate. The shooting qualification is the best part and they do a great job of making sure everyone's safe.

Recent transplant to Riverside county and I had to undergo the CCW Process again. I was referred to DTF from my CCW instructor from San Diego county and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Enrolling was easy, taking the course remotely saved me so much time and Instructor Shane was professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. I even had to delay my shooting portion by a week and they handled it with ease. I would 100% recommend DTF to anyone looking for their Riverside or San Diego CCW. I will be returning in 2 years for my refresher course!

I enjoyed both the classroom time and the hands-on qualifying time with Instructor Shane and his team of instructors. I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking to learn more about firearms and safe handling. His no-nonsense approach to training on firearms and education on CCW laws was eye-opening. He made sure as Self-Defenders we understood the importance of gun safety and avoidance of deadly encounters if at all possible. Instructor Shane was excellent, I will definitely be continuing my education and training with him and Defensive Tactics. The class was very well throughout and included things to think about before you carry and while carrying. The atmosphere was very safe yet welcoming to those that may be less proficient with firearms than others.
