Went back to Cong after my first appointment with him. He helped me (a new person to this hobby) very patiently and gladly answered any questions that I had. Helped me build my first AR and I couldn’t be any happier with it.
Will for sure come back to him when I decide to do some mods.

Outstanding man to have discussion with. He's a vet, honest small business, and pretty handy with an AR15. IANAL, he is pretty literate in current California penal codes and firearm compliance for AR15s. Professional, straight to the point. Definitely a good person to consult with for navigating California compliance.
