Don’t rent in degree homes in Los Angeles. I rented their place right after I moved here. The overbearing terms also arbitrarily withheld the deposit, and there were no facilities in the house. I would never recommend anyone to rent from them. Even our roommates had similar experiences. Due to work commitments, he had to move out before his lease expired. But they got a full 4 months' rent from him until the lease expired. They also found another replacement.
