The place is an over priced dump. Mouse droppings in the silverware drawer. A crusty pan of tater tots left in the oven. The grime Behind the refrigerator that did not function upon arrival, so a lot of food we brought went to waste. You to can experience all of that and more at the Del Loma “RESORT” LMAO. For the low price of $4,000 a month. That’s right folks, without even blinking an eye, $4,000 a month I tell you. Come on down it’s a grand ole time.

Beautiful area. Roads are clear; campsites are level; trash is collected regularly.
Park is unkempt and needs TLC. Bathrooms are outdated with torn off towel hooks. Store was not open at posted hours. Spider webs on chairs and tables.

We stayed here as an emergency stop after some car trouble. We were super grateful this place existed and we were able to stay here, but if we had booked this place and been looking forward to staying here, I think we would've been disappointed a little bit. Our campsite was incredibly close to the others around us. There was only one other tent camping group and they were a couple sites away so everything was fine, but if each site was booked then we would've been overcrowded. There were showers, the ones we saw were broken and there was a note to use the showers in a different part of the resort. There was a laundry room available which was nice but we didn't use it. Overall this would've been a wonderful place to stay if we had been in an RV or camper van, but tent camping here wasn't ideal. We stayed in Site A.

This campground gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff at the store were terrific. Aside from that, the camp is in desperate need of maintenance. The site we were assigned to had a large Madrone root ball with caution tape woven through the roots in the middle of the site. One of the two laundry rooms has a sign on the door saying there is no hot water and to use the other laundry. The 2nd laundry room has its washing machine taped shut with electrical tape. The 2nd laundry room also has an old, broken, rusted out refrigerator in the room. Most of the campsites are dirt. There is also an old rusted out car on the property. We had booked 4 days in advance but left early due to the poor condition of the property & lack of laundry. I emailed Jason, the owner, requesting a partial refund & my reasons for asking. It has been several days and no reply. I don't recommend this park.

Good spot, nice campground, but lots of power on/off's and very low water pressure. Campground operating on generators due to Monument fire 2 years ago. Owners are very nice. Good for tents, but not RV's. Also being charged for power after paying for full hookups (50 amp) and lots of power outages. Did not inform of extra power charge at time of reservations.

Pictures of campsite do not look like on line. It is old and run down. Pool was very small. People were shooting guns so we left.

We came here pretty last minute on a Sunday night during off season. The person who greeted us was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome despite our late arrival. We were informed we were the only ones in the whole park, which was fine by us. The park was kept clean, the restrooms/showers were well maintained and had plenty of hot water. Our RV spot was close to the river and we had a clearing to walk to a path to get to the river. It rained the whole time we were there but becuaee odnthe vast vegetation, we walked around very comfortably without getting drenched. We wished we could have stayed longer. Next time, we will.
