Del Prado Anaheim Mobile Home

Lots of homes n stuff for people to live in/on/around. Doesnt really seem like a park for trailers, more like a parking lot forbtrailers.

I was visiting a resident of this mobile home for New Years and was staying from the 30th to the 2nd. I was towed the night I got here and had to go get my car on New Year’s Eve. There was no indication of were visitors could park so I had parked in a spot next to the home I was visiting. Each parking spot had a reserved imprint so I considered them all the same. I had called and was transferred to an emergency pickup line were they gave me very limited info on parking procedures at this location. I was only informed that the “weekend help” people had called to tow because it was their spot but then I was later told that a resident had called because the car was there for hours, meanwhile I had only been there for less that 3 hours. Sad to say I will be walking away with a $340 tow fee and no idea on how it could have been prevented.

Visiting our friends is always nice. The park is clean and appears well maintained. The one draw back is the parking situation. Apparently you have to rent or buy spaces to park if you have more vehicles than what fit in your driveway. So visitors either have to park wherever they can find space or your friends have to shuffle vehicles to accommodate visits. Not liking that.

The employees that work over there at food for less their customer service is was really awesome great

Great Place I have a close friend who is living inside the community. Neighborhood is quiet not as much noise eventhough there is some little gathering going on with some of the units. Yeah pretty awesome place.
