This was my first time buying this product and it will be my last. I bought the shredded beef. It looked good in the picture but had big chunks of grizzle in it, making at least a third of it waste. I wish they'd offer a money back guarantee. I'd be getting my money back.

This place also has a delivery for trucks. I gave one star only because they gave u a door on ur appointment time and start unloading once u r on the door.
1. First thing u do before enter the warehouse for delivery please park the truck on the road outside because they dont check in when u r on the enterance and also they dont have a big space for turn over
2. They just have few doors in the warehouse and also very less space front of the doors so its very hard to backup to the door

Food in general is good and what I like about this place is that they do care if you have a problem with your purchase they will try to help you if you do get helped go back and change your review if it took your time to write it and complain take the time to fixed it be nice people

Sampled Birria at Costco yesterday, WOW! So good! Last night we devoured the pkg I brought home. Another delicious Del Real authentic Mexican style dish we will be eating forever. Love Del Real.

They have seriously gone downhill. They use to have good products. The last 2 times I've bought there meat i get a significant amount of fat and Gristle. The 1st time was about 2months ago, i thought " its probably just 1 bad batch". Then yesterday same thing.
Done buying there products.

We love the carnitas! We have been having issues with the vacuum sealed inner packaging being compromised. The meat is dry and discolored. Three out of the last four has been bad.

The pork carnitas are great! I decided to try the Chile Verde. Big mistake! It was more like jerky. The meat was impossible to chew. There were chunks that looked like brown rocks. How disappointing.

Some of their pork tamales from costco are good but there are some in the batch that has questionable meat in it with weird stuff. Their cheese tamales are pretty good though, if you like cheese-only tamales.

Hi, I bought the ranchero beans at my supermarket, and I got ripped off.there was like 20 beans in the bag and the rest was all liquid. I threw it away. I was a good customer of their products, BUT I noticed lately that their products are very INCONSISTENT lately.the bag of Ranchero liquid and 20 beans is what really made me write this review. I got ripped.

Great food! I love their chicken tamales and salsa verde. Also, the carnitas is always great for tacos.

The entrance is on dead end. I didnt park on dead though. I parked around the corner & took a walk. When u get door they will come out and break seal. In and out 1.75 hrs. They will bring out paper work when done. Area is kind of small so consider space and drive smart.

Got there early checked in given a dock. 45 minutes later received my paperwork and gone. Nice and quick.

New location to load down the street. Still same hours and hours and hours to load. Truckers if your value your time avoid this place

I live in SC and have been buying bags of their pork tamales because they are incredibly delicious and of the highest quality. I now prefer these to the ones sold by local ladies. I find the flavor and the quality to be amazing. I'm hoping they will continue to sell them in my local Aldi. I cant get enough!

I bought 4 packages of tamales at Costco for Christmas. Very disappointed. The meat is ok but the tamales aren't cooked thourghly. Pork, beef, chicken, are all the same. Inedible. Won't buy your products again. Can't give you less than one star

Who in the hell puts rice flour in the tamales, the most awfull tamale I have ever tasted. Spit it out and through the whole bag into the trash. Zero stars!

Bought the pork tamales at Costco, the quality is poor and will never buy again. I hope Costco drops this brand from the stores.
