Awesome staff. Dr Anderson, Grace and Kassidy are da bomb

Seriously clean, modern hi tech office. Minimum waiting time. Preliminary paperwork work done online so no arriving 1/2 early.

Worst Dentist. I’m convinced that all dentist offices are bait and switch. You go in and they give you this whole warm fuzzy speech about being different & we’re gonna make you feel comfortable. After they hook you in, the smiles are all gone and it’s just about money. I have the voicemail messages and texts from a year in which I was contacted almost every day wanting to know when I was coming back in for my continued services. Along with all the messages and voicemails I was getting messages asking me to come back and they would give me a $25 gift card?
I was finally was able to make an appointment for me and my family, which was done almost a month prior. On the day before the appointment, after I changed my work schedule for myself and my kids, they called and said we no longer take your insurance and hung up. Horrible experience with this place and horrible dentist office.

It was my first visit here, they were nice, welcoming and very responsive to my dental needs. I look forward to future appointments with Dr. Anderson, Ed and Kassidy.

I made an appointment for my teenage son to come in over winter break for a cleaning. They cancelled the appointment the morning of and said I had to confirm my appointment via a text. This is insane! I made the appointment and I had every intention of attending the appointment. I never had confirmed before, I just came at my appointment time. I am fine with a fee if I don’t show up, but I was planning on going to the appointment. I asked when we could come back and they said in 1 hour. There was no way I could get my 2 kids ready and to the dentist in 1 hour from them telling me to come in. Does anyone else forget to confirm and they cancel on you? It’s the holidays for goodness sakes! I never even had a chance to show up.

I forgot to mention that this office is accusing me of getting insurance checks from Delta Dental, their contracted insurance company. I have no idea what they are talking about.

I had an excellent experience here at Del Sur Ranch Dental! The staff were all super friendly and professional, and the hygienist, Ed, was thorough in explaining procedures + his knowledge in preventative care and oral hygiene is impressive. The office was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, especially Kassidy! I highly recommend this dental practice.

Great experience as always! Dental hygenist is a superb and teeth always feel great. Pain free treatment and staff very progressive on latest dental methods. As a customer, I and my family, are very pleased and thankful to be under their care.

Phenomenal energy. Who would have thought you could feel that type of love from a dental office. It's so comfortable and cozy there. I almost fell asleep. End the dental fear and go here. I spoke with Chastity over the phone, and she said, "Come on in, "and I'm so glad I did. Beth was able to work out a competitive rate. The doctor was so gentle, and the assistant Grace was so graceful. My teeth feel much better now. Thank you.

I am so impressed with this practice. Today I had the best cleaning of my long life. These guys are focused on PREVENTION and whole health. They never try to upsell dental procedures and only concentrate on keeping my teeth and gums healthy with superb cleanings and excellent advice on maintaining good comprehensive mouth health.

Pleasant and professional office. My dental tech was well trained and efficient. I met Dr Andersen and talked briefly with him. Front desk staff was friendly and thorough.

Under new management and very different from my experience in prior years. Went in to figure out a persistent problem we tried addressing months ago. I was told they would call with a quote later that day. I’ve only received two requests for a review. No follow up on cost to get to next steps.

Dr. Pai provided me with the most painless dental experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and reassuring, which helped ease my anxiety. The waiting area was comfortable, and they offered various amenities to make the wait pleasant.

During the procedure, Dr. Pai was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain each step, which made me feel at ease. They also used the latest technology and techniques to minimize discomfort. I barely felt any pain or discomfort during the treatment.

Been going here for 6 years and the service is not what it used to be
Seem to get different hygienist and dentist every visit as opposed to a couple years ago when the providers were consistent
Front desk not as efficient and professional as in past and just generally the standards have slipped markedly
