Always polite, helpful, and clean. The counter employee was super nice and tried to help. The manager, not so much.
My reason for not giving a 5 star is they allow the homeless to bring dogs inside. Since my daughter is terrified of dogs, we had to leave! I understand service dogs, but these were big dogs that growled at my 4 children, ages 6,5,4, and 18 months. Since my 5 year old was attacked at 2 by a neighbor's dog, she has panic attacks if a dog growls. The manager told me he was allowed to have the animals inside, it was too hot out, and maybe I would be more comfortable if my order was to go.
I'm very dissatisfied with the service here.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at any fast food place. One of the workers, Jody, had very good customer service. While my friends and I were eating, he came around and asked us if we were doing good. Then he came around a second time about 10 minutes later and gave us free mini churros. Personally I think he deserves a raise

Store was almost empty when we walked in, 3 customers ahead of us, no one at the tables. Took 10 minutes to get to us to take our order. Then it took almost 20 min more to get our food! (There were 5 or 6 employees in back how could it possibly take that long - it is called fast food for a reason!) Many of the tables were dirty. The packets of hot sauce were in a basket on the table, most were sticky and stuck together with old sauce. Totally unacceptable, I would have given it 0 stars if it were an option, we will never go back to this particular store
