Del Taco, Visalia CA

Still the best value in the county, despite obvious menu bidenflation. Mostly quality staff and food. Beware leaky/soaked food wrappers/containers. Average cleanliness inside and clean exterior. Quick service. Quieter environment than Taco Bells. Easy enough to order tasty vegan/vegetarian (when I was a carnivore last century I thought del taco had the worst meat in America, but have no idea about now).

Eric James Ott from Visalia and I whom now are not together anymore but we ate here often. I enjoyed eating here. Everyone was very nice that worked there. I remember when they remodeled and took the picture of the chicken down.

Very nice place and family place. I'm moved to Alabama now but really liked Del Taco by my old home off N. Atwood in Visalia.

Never liked it. Still don't know why I went there. My girl likes it but this last visit made her and I never want to go back. Food was gross. Service was great though.

I had the Del Taco with a Del Combo burrito, much better than taco bell.
The cashier in the drive through, Big Manley is always helpful.

I love the food but it took forever to get my food. After waiting in line in the drive thru for 16 minutes without the line moving. I went in. There was one other person in the lobby waiting for food and it still took me 14 minutes to get my food. I got I bean burrito and an order of chips and queso. And since waiting for my food took up my lunch of 30 mins. I didn't even get to eat.

I only recommend the 2 for 5 spicy grilled chicken burrito with extra green sauce (to make it spicy) and inferno sauce on the side to top it off.:) But I have been on edge about their employees braking the rules. Wearing jewelry (men-chains), acrylic nails, no hair nets, bracelets and some don't even wear their uniform. Makes me wonder why!? Is it because of the pandemic and they just need someone to fill in? So anything will do!? I worked at restaurants before to know that it IS unacceptable till this day. No matter the circumstances or the candidate hired.

Food is usually pretty good but the last few times they have been closing the inside dining area at least 2hrs before their door says

The service is pretty good for a fast food place, the only issue I have is when in the drive thru I have had to basically yell my order, for them to hear me and even then things were incorrect.

The staff at del Taco are very nice very kind respectful always making sure to complete your order and to have everything in the bag that you asked for

Customer service needs improvement! Bit I only go during the evening's because of my job. Other than that, the food is decent, the best thing on the menu in my opinion is the "Cali steak and guacamole burrito" awesome. Try it out, more authentic quisine than Taco Bell! Enjoy

Both of my taco shells were broken and the chicken was gross the girl at the speaker acted as if she was hard of hearing smh.not a good experience

Food is good but managers should really consider wearing a hat. I had order carne asada fries and realized their was a long piece of hair in my food. Didn't feel like eating it after that.

I order my food with no sauce, and when I began to eat. The burrito taste like it had sauce, but it seemed like it was wiped off my food

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. They messed up our order. The taco shells were stale. I will never return to this del taco
