Del Taco, Sacramento CA

Awesome, my favorite cheap, fastfood Mexican style food. Better quality than Taco Bell & cheaper IMHO.

Double del burger is good. Customer service management no greeting, food put on a dirty tray, smelled like a sewer in the dining area tables were not cleaned restrooms were dirty retrain or hire new manager. K street location is cleaner.

Ordered the Fiesta box. 6 soft tacos/6 bean and cheese green burritos. The food was super fresh, and tacos were 2x the size they usually are.

The food was absolutely horrible. There was literally nothing in the tacos I ordered. The service was bad to. They didn't even take my order when I was ordering. I had to tell them what I ordered at the window smh. This place should be burned to the ground. I'll just take my business to the new raising canes for now on. Their service is excellent and the food might be a little bland but it's well prepared unlike this dump of a place called del taco.

Great service and perfect place to go for a late night snack. Drive thru was very quick with preparing food and friendly service.

Its like no one here knows customer service. Employees are very rude, they rush you while you take an order. And they gossip and curse right in front of you.

Love their epic steak burrito but I never know if I'm going to get a good one. That's been true for every del taco I've been to unfortunately

Drive thru always takes forever. Have been stuck for about 30 mins on a prior visit.but I do love me some Del Taco Tacos. Yumm.

I'm never going to this location again.they were very rude, like I was the problem for ordering food.and the food was horrible.

Always busy. That’s a good thing. Clean and customer service oriented. The combo #2 Del Taco with fries dipped in the queso sauce is bomb dot com. Magically delicious.

I went through the drive through so I can't really rate atmosphere. I love the fries. Taco Tuesday is always good and cheap!

Their app is horrible they had a 20% off coupon and it disappeared when I paid for the food in the app. Always check your order before you drive off half the time you will notice that they missed something. And their crunchtada is now nothing more than cold beans and a tiny bit of shredded cheese on a cold tortilla. The only place worse is Jack in the Box, oh wait! That's right Jack in the box bought them out

I placed an order on the app, showed up 20 minutes later and after they pull up my order I hear a female employee exclaim, "Tell him to go to hell! ". Odd way to treat a paying customer that has had no interaction with you. They left out 3 items, didn't give us any condiments, food was a mess. People like this don't deserve jobs.

I purchased a $40 order here, the drive-thru was empty as was the dining room. I purchased a fiesta pack, two orders of del tacos in addition as part of my order. The tacos I received were the smaller value tacos even though I verified on my receipt I paid for the upgraded ones. Also I had asked for green sauce on my burritos and they all had red sauce. Based on being overcharged, having an inaccurate order, and the lack of attention to detail when I was the only guest. Not to mention between their fraternization with each other my order took 20 minutes. Well I am a big fan of del Taco I won't be returning to this location again.
