They need to do better fixing the food instead of it been so cold alm the time and tasting funny

The food was decent and the same as you would expect at any other Del Taco location. Service was okay considering that I know fast food restaurants tend to take care of drive thru customers first and let the walk-in traffic wait. I did not use the restroom during this visit but based on what I saw inside, I would imagine it was as dirty as the eating area. It was evident that two booths had been used by the homeless as a shelter due to the outside garbage that I found there such as newspapers all wadded up, dirty clothing, food wrappers, etc. I even noticed one the homeless hanging her laundry outside on the handrails while an employee just looked on and did nothing about the mess.

They either lazy to make what you want everytime Ill go they don't have anything from they menu.this place needs better employees.

They food is cool etc but a lil expensive plus they charge you extra if your in a drive thru but it's ight

Took forever to order with Noone in line and when I got my chicken and fry box the chicken was ice cold and fries were cold and soggy and barely enough to cover the bottom of the carton. Worst order I've ever had from here.

Food is typical Del Taco. No surprises here. Love the all-day churros of course! Good coffee and breakfast options. The rollers are great for grab, go and drive to work. Easy street access. Friendly staff.

My basic taco had almost no tomatoes and the other item I ordered was not what I got. I knew better than to go here.

Customer service and food quality are lacking. If you enjoy taking chances with your food, then continue to shop here.

Go to Jack in yhe Box by the Costco! Better food better services.

$5 Deal of 3 Del Tacos, Fries (too salty) and Drink is okay as long as you okay with minimum ingredients inside Taco Shell. Also, I ordered 3 regular Del Tacos, and they were far better regarding the appropriate amount of ingredients.

Well I may be bias cause I work there but everything is hot and big when I do eat there. And the stuffed queso tacos are BOMB! Get them with taco meat instead of chicken or Asada

Late night is a hit or miss usually a miss second time my food tasted stale and on top of that there was hair in my food on the second visit would not recommend if you're ordering pass 12a.m

I had a thirty minute break and used it here. I placed my order and waited. And waited. Then waited longer. No one apologized or acknowledged their lack of service. I finally received my order ate it and was late getting back. Time waiting for order, twenty minutes. At a "fast food" place! Do not go here without a lot of spare time to wait.

I went through the drive-through! There was no cars! The employee had me waiting 10 minutes to take My Order!

Never ordering from here again! Every time I order after hours staff takes their sweet time avoiding customers at the drive thru. There is always an issue on my order as well, I never write reviews but this place definitely deserves this one.

Employees too busy talking. Not paying attention. Ordered ahead on the app. 30 minutes later I go pick up they are barely starting the order. I leave and return back to work and see the order is missing items. Terrible. They need to get it together.

First, I arrived at the order screen and no one said anything. After about five minutes I said "hello" and within a minute or so, someone responded with hold on. Eventually I was able to place my order and went to the window. I was there for just over 15 minutes and I was one of three cars. I ordered a mini chocolate shake and it was not even mixed so it was not that good. I also ordered two of the bean and cheese burritos. These are usually good but these were so NOT even ok. The texture of the beans was off. There were dried beans and what felt like under cooked beans. Even the flavor was gross. I don't know if they had been sitting too long or what but they were just not even edible.

Normally I would have taken it back but I didn't feel like driving all the way back down there.

Most of the business is drive thru so the inside appeared abandoned. The tables and benches seemed clean. When I used the restroom they were adequate and not bad considering the numbers if homeless people who use it. Food was adequate. It was just burritos I got.

They make tacos with mostly meet and less lettuce. Perfect quality and quality unlike most Del Taco Resturants. I have to say that customer service is lacking in friendliness and courtesy with customers. They really need to work harder with attitude toward the public. THEY NEED TO hire more experienced customer service employees.
