Del Taco, San Bernardino CA

This location is usually pretty good. Have had a few less than savory experiences, but usually, they do well. Could brush up on customer service skills and SOP.

Good can't go wrong with the Del taco and a soft serve ice cream Both or great and at a good price

The portions for cheap price items are ridiculous and then they want to sell you some kind of macho burrito we're way too much money and you should just go to a hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant

Wrong order. Not meat in tacos and can't give me a beef burrito which I asked for nope. So this place sucks

This is the best del taco. So friendly and courteous and the food is always hot and fresh!

Its run very poorly i waited in the drive thru for 45 min yes 45 min very unprofessional not cool at all

Employees very very nice and helpful I didn't know how to use the Del Taco app and the young lady at the register took the time to show me how to use it I really appreciate

Worst customer service ever, wrong taken order, little food or no meat, worst Del taco in San Bernardino… it was before good place and service now no more is just not worthy to spent my money and time waiting and gas of car.food is pathetic as well the service

I had to leave a one star because they forgot to put in a burrito I ordered. I found out when I got home went back and they had it sitting there all by then my food was cold. Everyone makes mistakes but I was the only customer so no excuses. Incompetent workers that day.

Always liked this place. Got the three soft tacos with fries and a sprite with no ice for $5

Get your burritos BOLD. Secret menu hack, they add fries and their house sour cream (i think) sauce. So good! Employees are always new here but usually their customers service is.uh.ok. I mean it's Del Taco but I have been going here basically my whole life so I dont usually notice unless I get bad service. All in all they're doing great here considering many businesses taking a huge financial hit after last year. Tons of traffic at this location given where its at.all the mountain folk, plus tourists stop here on the way up/down, businesses seems steady. The place needs a major facelift though, it was recently remodeled but definitely does not look like it.

Went through drive thru, no line service was fast. Ordered Fiesta pack and Shrimp Tacos every thing was great.

It's so frustrating to be the only person in line and you get old cold fries and cheese from the bottom.

Ya know, it's Del Taco. But I'm lucky to have a decent one near me. Their crinkle fries (at any location) are best ordered well-done. It may take a few minutes longer so you'll have to wait. Worth it though (that is if the cook really let them go for additional time in the fryer). I typically order the combo burrito meal. I like the taste of the ground beef, something about that distinct spicy flavor.

Fun Fact 2: This Mexican-style, fast food, restaurant concept originated in the 1970's and was known then as Naugles.

The guy was very friendly and he was fast at getting the order ready. The food was good. I'm impressed that I can have sprite with strawberries and the donuts are hit too.

Staff at 40th Street is THE BEST! Food is hot and I get free treats. Only down side is the drug addict passed out on the sidewalk next to the restaurant.
