I have used multiple tax prep companies and this by far has been the best. I am from LA and chose Del Valle from Google and I’m so glad I did. Mari was amazing she helped me see how I could count for every dollar this year and the next. She asks the right questions and made me realize I my previous tax prep accountants could have pointed out further deductions!

A few days ago I went to this place to prepare my taxes, after several days coordinating my appointment with Mrs. Mari
who very kindly always answered my messages, some outside of office hours and days, the first time I used their service and I was happy with the way they handled my tax report by explaining and answering all my questions since my report is business,
I didn't give it 5 stars because I would have liked him to give me a bottle of water,
Just kidding, everything was fine and I'll be back there next year.

Beyond Unprofessional

Left us sitting in the waiting area while she joked around on the phone for 30 minutes. Thank God there are other places.

This place is awesome! I was helped today by Mari, who was very polite, professional, & super accommodating with my schedule. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taxes & was able to answer all of my questions all during my lunch hour! I highly recommend Del Valle Tax Service!

Professional staff, invitingly classy environment, and an aura of helpfulness that wipes away any tax season blues. I was helped by Joanna (sorry if I am butchering the spelling) and her pleasantries, alongside her swiftness in attending to my paperwork, were a welcome surprise considering the previous establishments that handled my taxes.
