Always add extra avocado to my sandwich but they never put extra avocado: (my only complaint about this location. Workers are nice and friendly

I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich to go. When I got back to the office I noticed that it did not have pesto on it. I called and the clerk told me to “check under the arugula. ” I did that before I called, no pesto. Then she asked me to bring it back which was not feasible to do with my work schedule. I asked for a credit and the response was “we can give you the pesto next time you come in, will that work? ” No it doesn’t. How is that a solution that was even offered? No apology and no real solution. I won’t be coming back.

Expected more from a Deli Delicious (DD). I have had several great experiences dining at various Deli Delicious locations, however this location did not meet my expectations. I usually order a medium sandwich when I get DD. This time my sandwich looked smaller than other mediums I have ordered. They didn't put mustard & the bread wasn't toasted, as requested. The other lady who wrote a review on here is right, they don't put a good amount of toppings on your sandwich. My sandwich was thin & skimpy! If you can, do yourself a favor & skip this location to go to another DD.

There are at least three other sandwich places within walking distance. I prefer this store. The wait time is not too long considering they are busy and prices are good for what you get. Lobby and outdoor seating is kept clean. The street it is located on is designed for foot traffic and is nicely landscaped.

EXACTLY what I was craving. Fresh, tasty, and better than I could have hoped for. Nice spot!

Ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches and I must say I am extremely disappointed. One thing I don’t like is for someone to play with my food and man did this location rubbed me the wrong way. Spent $25 and got the smallest sandwiches I could’ve ever seen. I literally could’ve made this at home. Presentation was sloppy bread extremely soggy, barely anything on the sandwiches. Call the store to let them know in a professional way and the manger told me she put 5 pieces of pastrami on each sandwich when I swear to you there was two pieces plus I got one piece of salami and one little pepperoni. I am very serious about my food and I don’t complain. Say no tomatoes they put tomatoes I will easily take it off but this is not ok. I am extremely disappointed in my sandwiches. I will never go back to this location. I will go back to the Jensen location they definitely aim to satisfy over there and they make great sandwiches. I was so hungry too and they just played with me.

They didn't get my order right at all! Now I'm stuck paying almost $8 for a gross sandwich.

Update: I was emailed by the owner at 8: 30 at night and they offered to remake my sandwich. Really, 8: 30pm, sure let me drive downtown to finally get the correct order before I go to bed. Emailed the company to see if I could get a refund. They replied and asked for my information to make it right, I emailed them my information and have herd nothing.
All I wanted was a refund since they obviously messed up my order. It's like they just wanted to say they reached out, but never really wanted to do anything. I would rather they just no reply at all instead of wasting more of my time just so they can pretend they did something.

Ordered cold sandwiches to be delivered. When they arrived, they had toasted both. Asked that I get provolone cheese instead of Swiss. Nope! Got swiss. Sandwich smelt so gross, I couldn’t eat it and had to put it in another room. Will not order from them ever again. If you can’t follow specific instructions for a customer than you don’t deserve my service

I’ve ordered three times in one week and all three times my order has been wrong. I work in the West America building behind and it’s the only “healthy” option near me. It never fails that they either do not read the order or are just too lazy too care. As you can see by pictures of recent order dated 07/20/2021, my order is missing Avocado, Jalapeños, and Cheese. It’s not a big deal but, I paid for a service that was not given. This was the last time I will buy there. The order is not complicated, it only requires employees to read the order. This location is lazy and does not care about customer service.

Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I've been here many times and they are always greeting everybody with a smile. It is great for dining in or taking out and you can always order ahead. It is conveniently located in a centralized area in downtown. Pretty close to a few parks around and then also have FCC and other great stores and thrift stores nearby.

Stop by if you're ever hungry.

Staff is AMAZING. Sandwiches are AMAZING. Place is AMAZING clean. Bathrooms are AMAZING spotless.

Best sandwich shop in Fresno, i go there at least once a week, sometimes twice. And the young ladies working there are the best.
