Delicioso Bistro, Modesto CA

It's small and was a little stuffy, but other than that a great experience! The whole family enjoyed our meals, and great coffee too!

We have been here several times and the food is consistently perfect, and the service is great.

Had some delicious crepes & bubbly there! I am a returning customer and will return again!

The food is good. But it is a small family run business, so on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast service does get a little slow.

So.what even IS this place? The food was stupid good. I can't even about how good our food was.the staff was excellent, but wait time was a touch high due to limited staff.word has clearly already gotten around. Highly recomend. I got the chorizo asada crepe and the lady got the steak and eggs. If the other options share the quality level you'll be fine with ordering "one food please" and not be dissapointed

The dishes have a very good presentation. This is the first thing I must emphasize. They have their different touch. But I didn't like the attention. When I arrived the place was not full yet they told me to wait 5 minutes outside. So we did it. After entering they took forever to bring us the menu and then took even longer to take our order. Everything was very delayed. In the end it was too cold inside. We had to move tables. They brought us food without cutlery to eat it. I had to go get my cutlery. The taste of the food seemed very normal to me. The only thing different is its presentation. I also have to say that the man who collects the plates from the tables was very polite and very kind. Contrary to the two waitresses who serve the place. Personally, I will not return. But I can't say that I don't recommend the place because it can improve many things and the food is generally good. As for the prices, they are not cheap because I had breakfast with my wife, only 2 people and we paid more than 60 dollars. Thank you.

Poor service, good food. Like outdoor seating but 3x have felt nonexistent in eyes of server. I prefer good service when eating breakfast. Refills? Lol, good luck.

The servers are very nice, the food is excellent. The acoustics are a little rough when there's a crowd.

Websites says reservation required that’s incorrect and you don’t have to go dressed formal. Customer service was outstanding and workers were very polite and friendly

The place is small but cozy. The food was great, and the coffee was delicious. Service was a bit slow because servers were late. I would come back again and sit in the patio area.

The food was 10/10, the service was 3/10. Only one waitress was very attentive, & knew what she was doing. The wait time is 15-20 minutes. Ordered the mango habanero wings with garlic fries & they were delicious. Food was great!

Had brunch here, I ordered the crepes with mushrooms and hot links, and they were so good, we were very impressed by the presentation and atmosphere. We learned they also served dinner so we had to come back to try and we are so glad we did. I ordered the cherry and beet salad and it came with a tasty warm pretzel like breadstick. The calamari with the wild ranch sauce. I can't wait to go back. Our new favorite restaurant so glad we found you.

Ordered with door dash ahead of time for lunch and right before I take lunch they refused to go through with making my order. I had already paid through the app. Horrible experience wanting to try them out.

This is advertised as being able to order grubhub.you cant.went to pick an order up and was treated horribly because "they don't do that anymore" and to "never walk in their restaurant asking for grubhub again". Well perhaps you should take yourself off of grubhub. The food would have never been ordered on grubhub if the restaurant wasn't registered there.the parking is terrible which is why grubhub is convenient. Word to the wise don't waste your time here.

Cute little place to eat. There was quite a line but we managed to grab a table. My soup was delightful.

Its plates have a fresh taste and lack the typical restaurant taste of meals being cooked in large volumes, at least parts of the meals.

(June 2023) Still our favorite restaurant in Modesto! The New York steak was literally the best steak I've ever had! They worked around my gluten allergy! Wish the candles were lite but otherwise this restaurant has the best everything.

(February 2021) BEST OF EVERYTHING! They made us feel like royalty! The food, the wine, the service, and all the extra little details that made our dinner an over the top experience. I could cry. Thank ya'll SO much!
I live in Chico, and my boyfriend lives in Modesto, and it was his birthday. I wanted to suprise him with something amazing, but between work and the drive, I didn't know how I was going to pull it off. I called here, and they did everything.including giving us balloons so I wouldn't have to drive with them for 3 hours. And the food! I forgot to take pics cause we were too busy enjoying it.
