I missed the first delivery of my package because I wasn’t home. I was home the next day to receive my package.
I was never given an update on when the package would arrive and it turns out, although I was home the whole time, the package was attempted again and not received. I was home the whole time and never heard a knock on the door and was never given any update as to when the package would arrive. Very disappointed.

This is company don't have regional offices to pick up a package, don't have human customer service by phone, don't have an option to choose hours and days of delivery. They expect us to loose workdays waiting for a package. They lie about the delivery attempts.they come another.without informed me. Then when I request another day to come they want to charge me. In my apple order shipping is free. Why apple choose this company?

I guess not surprised by my review reading the others for the same reasons. Any company that does not try to deliver at least more than once has zero ideas about customer service. Plus it seems most other companies just don't have an issue. Try calling-that’s a joke they just send you to la la land called the web site. No need to talk to anyone. Nah we are good

Worst shipping. Now sure why anyone would use these people. No line to talk to anyone. Emails are responded to several days later. False reporting of deliveries. Please stay away

I wish I could give this company 0 stars.

Ordered something through Apple's website. Device said delivered, they falsified the signature and never arrived. Tried to call for support or help in getting delivery, the phone just goes in circles never getting to anyone.

Already have a call into Apple to investigate their partnership with this company.

If a company ships through them, go ahead and just plan to get a refund.

Bad service
If you buy anything from a store, ask what company will shipped it, if its Deliver-it avoid it. And go by your self and buy because you will wast your time and money for nothing.

Deferred shipment to another day during the weekend. And yet, they made an attempt during the week. What's the point of having an option to defer shipment if they don't even follow it?

I just got off the phone and my experience was horrible and I'm agitated right now so hence why I am leaving this review. As soon as they picked up the call, I knew they were unprofessional. The lady that picked up my call, did so with a "hello, this is deliver it. " I told her my issue of how there's no status updates since friday after 2 failed delivery attempts and its now tuesday. I told her that I had attempted to change my delivery date to a saturday and she replies with "how did you get this number? We don't deliver Sephora orders on weekends" I told her Sephora provided the number, and she said "they're not supposed to give out our number but I'll make an exception and go ahead and help you. " Like wow, ok thanks for going out of your way to do your job but whatever. I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with Sephora and they said they saw the 2 failed attempts and they just made a note to hold the package. She tells me no there's 3 failed delivery attempts so I correct her that no, there's 2. She checks her system and says "we made another attempt last night at 8pm so yeah, its 3 attempts so its being returned to sender and nothing can be done. If you want, you can contact Sephora. Do you want the return tracking number? " and proceeds to read it super fast. Sephora should really consider dropping this company as a carrier because its going to give them so many unfavorable customer complaints. I'm all for supporting up and coming companies but if they're not doing it in polite professional way, then I will not support them.

An employee from this company today hit our car today, then he drove off. The guy only stopped because we had to chase him down. Then he denied to give us his information until we flagged down a police officer. If this is how they train Thier employees I wouldn't use Thier services.

Phone numbers don't work. Robot just tells you to check the website. Wish i could speak to a human somehow but that seems impossible. R. I. P my $400 package

What a horrific company! They do not answer their phones, allow voicemail or return calls. They do not respond to email inquiries or chat messages (that they state is monitored 24/7) and they do not update their shipping/tracking information when it passes the delivery due date. #Nespresso uses this company for their deliveries which will end very badly for them - Deliver-IT is RUINING Nespresso's reputation and after this experience I will probably stop using my Nespresso machine because it is too much hassle an they are no longer reliable. Any company who uses this company needs to be informed to stop before Deliver-IT ruins their reputation too.
