Della Fattoria Downtown Café reviews
14 Well the first experience was so new, I had the BLT, best BLT I have ever had. A lady was having a fancy Latte. Next visit was just for that Chai latte.lol
The second, third, and now fourth visit. I've been to a few places in between. Della Fattoria is my very favorite breakfast spot. Go there.
Service was great, the corned beef hash was generously portioned, the latte made to perfection, and the fresh squeezed OJ topped it all off. In a league of its own. Should have come here sooner!
The cutest place EVER, I had the BLT today and it was amazing. I had had their salted lemon and rosemary bread and asked about getting a loaf.got the last one of the day. Then noticed dessert, and people were buying more and more so we jumped on getting a lemon meringue and chocolate cheesecake before it was gone. All I can say, is YUM!
The food is absolutely incredible! And the team here went about and beyond to coordinate a surprise for my friend’s birthday. They beautifully crafted and delivered her birthday cake to the table after our brunch. It had flowers and candles and all. Could not recommend a place more!
A bougie bakery for sure and they deliver the goods too! Great place for breads, baked delights of many kinds and sit down meals and drinks. The staff is a 6 star rating too, friendly helpful and cheerful to boot. Atmosphere is an eye delight too from tables, chairs to ceiling ornaments. They keep you wanting by only keeping store hours to Fri-Sun so plan your visits!
Food was fantastic and one of the best Bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. It tasted like a fresh heirloom tomato juice, not the standard pre mix. Service was great for a group of 8. We were able to put our names in early and get text updates of where we were in line.
Hello
I ve been reading the reviews and honestly people don’t know what they’re talking about!
It’s not about the cafe… Della Fattoria is one one of the Best bread bakeries in the country! Please watch “for the love of bread”.
Food was bland, not very attentive wait staff, but the coffee was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t go here again unless just for a coffee.
I was really excited to try out this place, based on the reviews. My family and I stopped here for breakfast. The food was ok, but definitely pricey. My husband got the corned beef, I got the avocado toast, my son got the breakfast sandwich and my daughter got the 2 egg scramble with bacon. The bread was delicious, except for the "churro" they sell. I hurt my gums just trying to bite it. The atmosphere is unique and the customer service is great. I don't think I would stop here again, at least not all 4 of us for breakfast. It's way to pricey for the experience and food, in my opinion.
Amazing food! And ambience! Had the special turkey sandwich with avocado, bacon, lettuce, aioli, cheese on their own focaccia… oh my! And the salad dressing! Also taste the lavender lemonade, you won’t be sorry.
The second time:
Ordered avocado toast and egg salad toast
Avocado and egg salad are just normal things hahaha
The toast itself is quite delicious, the thickness is just right, and it won’t sting your mouth.
My friend ordered a smoked bacon sandwich
The bread is focaccia, which is quite delicious.
We ordered a few more breads sold nearby.
Unfortunately, we both got diarrhea after eating the same bread with jam and cheese.
I will never buy the bread they sell separately again.
I also bought the tiramisu and lemon tart next to it.
Tiramisu tastes exactly like the one sold at Costco, but the price is about 3 times higher haha
The lemon tart was okay, but I didn’t finish it, probably because I was a little tired of it.
I will still go to this place again
But I will only eat it in the restaurant, and I won’t buy any other bread.first:
The meals are quite delicious.
French toast is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bread is chewy and has a cake-like texture.
Honey is a bit watery and not very sweet.
The eggs Benedict would be better if the yolks were a little more regenerated. The sauce is relatively mild, neither salty nor spicy, and the taste is not too strong.
The latte art is quite cute, but it’s a bit too bitter at first, and you’ll find coffee grounds at the end of the drink.
For this portion, the price is mid-to-high, and it also includes service charge and tip. The default tip value is 18%, which is a bit high for breakfast.
The service was great, the restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the decor was beautiful.
Since I live nearby, I would be willing to come back and try other meals if I have the chance.
Absolutely delicious! Not too often I give 5 stars. So much to look at and enjoy. Amazing staff.
Della is a staple in Sonoma County for a reason. Not only are the bread and pastries out of this world, but everything they make is delicious. Get the egg salad toast. You'll be sad you don't.
