Don't ever go with Delta Auto Transportation! I have a car shipped to Seattle, the driver call Vlad is so rude to customers. So the car was arrived at 5: 30pm, Because the bank is almost close, so we was asking for a quick pay account which we can pay them quickly. Vlad said they don’t have it. At 5: 57Pm which 3 mins before the bank close, he give me the account number. Then the next day, when I tried to deposit the money to their account, I figured out they didn’t give me the name of the account, I sent him message ask for the name, and Vlad Responded is at 8PM. When we got the message, We text him back said I will put the money into their account the next day. Then he started being so rude, he said he will leave a bad review to our broker, and he is not supposed to sent me the bank info but I need to pay them on time. Today, I call Delta Auto Transportation, I was asking if they have a driver called Vlad, the guy pick up the phone say yes, and ask me what I need. When I said I going to complaint this driver, then the guy just hang up the phone. I called three times after, and nobody pick up my phone anymore. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, and we will next NEVER SHIP OUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!
