I'm new to the driving pick up drop off delta needs to put up a sign or check in sign.up grade to a tex a driver when his # is up.
Its was nice. It took a while though. Basically if there's a line there a wait if not 1or 2 people you be in an out shipping packages
I had a good experience here picking up my international cargo. The guy that attended to me in the office was so nice as well as the guys in the warehouse. It was a good outing for me.
I picked up my animals, 2 dogs and 2 cats from cargo. Although they were very nice at first, but once I had to get my pets into the truck its like they were getting impatient with me. There's not a pet relief area either which after a 6 hour flight my pups needed to pee.
These people care about the customer more than the company! Not like other air frieght companies that only care about getting in their hours and going home
Garbage. They moved my pets to a later flight. Didn’t inform me and kept them in a holding area for 8 hours. Don’t ship through lax
I came to pick up my puppy a few months ago. The staff were really nice and really big dog people ^^ it was nice to know that my puppy was in good hands and arrived safely to me. When you come to pick up a pet make sure you have all the info, flight number and everything. If you are getting your pet sent from a breeder let them know you are gonna need all the info on the flight. I got my puppy from a breeder and they said we just needed our IDs but it wasn't the case so we were waiting for them to said the info. Just, be prepared for pick up ^^;
Take a star off for intentionally not offering restroom for customers, Wi-Fi and power outlets reachable by customers as consumer does expect business establishments offer free Wi-Fi and power outlets since smartphone became indispensable.
Noisey dock. Rude agents. I fly animal cargo often and agents are slow and extremely disorganized.
The people that work in the front desk, they take so long to help, us customers, knowing that their a big line outside, and inside, they seem that they dont care, they just want to make their hour, and go home, or just give the job to the next shift, but still the next shift, they do the same so their no progress, or anyone to tell them to step it up. I took almost 4hours 1/2 till they help me. They need a lot of improvement.
Not sure about the negative complaints. Always have a good experience here. Staff s friendly and helpful. Been using Delta Cargo for 4 years now.
Customer service is clueless. Cant get in to speak to a local agent. Line always busy. Been on hold for over an hr.
I've come several times to the Delta cargo facility at LAX, and it seems they are only able to attend to one person every half hour. There are several people inside the office area, but never check on you to see if the customers need help, and everything seems to take forever, making wait times are incredibly long. Plan on spending at least an hour here to ship your package (s).
