Gavin Newsom opens investigation on SoCal Gas and gets a 10 million dollar fund to help pay everyone’s heating bill

But Mr. Newsom forgot about all of us the ones on propane gas

I’m calling for a Federal investigation on Delta Liquid Energy and all other big propane companies taking advantage of us with sky high prices as Southern California is getting hit with a historic winter storm and I’m sitting in my living room with a jacket on underneath the covers trying to keep warm because basically I can’t afford to heat my home now I ask myself where’s my 10 million dollar bucket fund when I need it why do I need to suffer through this blizzard

We all need to stand up and stick together and ask ourselves do we need a class action lawsuit if you could relate to what I’m going through please share my review and don’t forget to hit the thumbs up

Delta liquid did a great job in providing propane gas to my new manufactured home in Tehachapi. Their office manager, Carrol D.guided me through the process of converting my gas appliances to Propane. The ground personnel prioritize my needs and in two visits provided me the heat from the furnace and fire from my range.

Now, I look forward to staying in my warm house. I would be able to enjoy my house during these winter months. Thanks to Carrol and her team for a job well done.

Love Delta Liquid Energy! I give them 10 stars! They have REAL PEOPLE to talk to, even on a Sunday! There is an answering service with a real live person, not a computer! My propane tank with a company I had been with since 1991 was empty and there was no way to contact them by phone or computer. Their initials are WM. My neighbor suggested I call Delta - they installed anew tank within two days! WOW! Great guy delivered new tank, removed the old one and did a thorough leak test on the lines and heaters. He promised prompt faithful service and I believe him! I am totally impressed with this company and their wonderful, helpful people!

This is the best company, we have been so happy with them. I called recently with a minor question and was so happy with the response. We live in Bear Valley Springs and like the fellows who come out too. Very cool company.

If I could put negative stars I would. Hands down the worst propane company. The office lady Heidi at the Tehachapi office is horrendous. Her customer service skills are non existent. The main office fails to correct the issue. She messed up my billing with tfor months and lied multiple times about credit on the account. Definitely going to follow all my neighbors lead and get rid of there tank. If your looking for a good propane company this is not it!

Prompt professional service from both the office staff and field tech’s and a great value.

Delta went the extra mile by moving the previous vendor’s tank to a safer location since it was going to take the previous vendor “a couple of months” (!) to pick up their old tank.

They’re great with set up but after that point I had a terrible experience. I would pay cash on delivery and then they would debit my account after being paid in full and it would take 2 to 3 calls to get the money back.
The last time we needed a fill up they told me they would be out in 1 to 3 days. This was on a Monday and by Friday nothing. Called them because we had very little propane left and probably wouldn’t make it the weekend and we still weren’t on the schedule for delivery. I was told they were low on fuel but they would make it out that day to at least get us through the weekend.
At this point I didn’t trust them and called Waste Management and they came out same day, set up the tank and filled it up. It’s a good thing because Delta didn’t show up until Monday.
They’re also way over priced. Not a good experience.

Delta came to install a new tank with 24 hrs of me reaching out to them despite snowy and icey conditions. I am very grateful!

We're brand new to the area and we purchased a home with a empty propane tank. We called the current provider WM and got no where with them. I do not like to bad month any provider but absolutely no customer service with WM. We called Carol with Delta and she hooked us up right away. Both Carol and the delivery person were absolutely awesome and guess what? We have heat! Thank you Delta for taking care of us when we needed you, you're the best!

Used them for so many years and I ran out of propane over the weekend, called them and they want to charge $120 on top of fuel.then they decided to cancel my service I asked why and they told me because I did what I had to do to keep my kids warm.shame on them.can't believe they would do that to a single mother

We are doing an addition to our future home in stallion springs and we went with Delta liquid energy. I was dealing with Carol and she was extremely helpful and on top of things, she got the biggest tank that they could provide and held on to it until we were ready for the new install. She went over everything with all the requirements we needed for the 2 tankless water heaters, furnaces, generator and the 2 regulators that we needed. She was great and very flexible with changing install dates because we were not ready yet. Great communication on her behalf and stood by there scheduled time and date. Super satisfied and highly recommend Delta!

As a prelude, my wife and I have been waiting since September for one of Delta's competitors to service our propane tank and "Keep Full" For whatever reason, this competitor did stop by but dispensed NO propane. What? At that point we were down to 20% capacity. We immediately called Delta and felt that we were dealing with a REAL business. Within minutes our conversion was scheduled and we were poised for the switch. However, because we live in Bear Valley Springs, weather is always an issue and snow on December 28 scrapped the original schedule, but we were rescheduled for December 30. To rate Delta as a 5 is really unfair. In our case they performed at a 7 level. The installation was challenging because our tank is inexplicably on the back hillside. Nonetheless, our installer pulled off a minor miracle and removed our old tank, set the new tank and dropped the old tank in our driveway on the way out. Did I mention that they expertly installed and tested the connections and our appliances? But, the best was yet to come: in order to facilitate the installation, the new tank came with 75 gallons of propane-about 27% capacity. Then, unexpectedly a Delta tanker showed up on New Year's Day and filled the tank to capacity! Wow! Delta does not spend much time making promises or excuses. What they do is DELIVER! Anyone suffering from "lack of service" should give Delta a look. You may be glad you did,

Every person I've interacted with at Delta Liquid Energy has been friendly, knowledgeable, and accomidating. Highly recommended!

New to BVS and never dealt with liquid propane before. I read consistently poor reviews of WM, the previous home owner's provider, and decided to call Delta.

Every call and interaction with Delta has been superb. Carol, our account manager has been really helpful, and even bent over backwards to help us reschedule the installation appointment when it was clear our propane would run out before our initial date.

Our installer Don was very friendly and took the time to patiently and expertly explain all my questions about propane and saftey.

They even installed a t-valve at my request so I can easily run a line to my dual fuel generator if I run out of gasoline.

I just wanted to say thank you to Carol and Don for making my experience buying propane pleasant. Carol took the time to hear what I needed, and managed to save the day, by getting my install date for today. It turns out I had about 1 percent left in my tank, and Don was a consummate professional in installing and checking all propane appliances in my home. I will definitely recommend Delta Energy to all my friends and neighbors. Please give Carol and Don a bonus, they both went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you both so much.

BYE BYE Benz! I could go in great detail on how shady Benz business practices are, but instead I just want to highlight how great delta is! Mike, Carol, and team have been fantastic to work with from day one. DO yourself a favor and use delta.

Have had several propane dealers, but Delta is by far the best I've dealt with. Call Carol in the office & she will start the process. Then Mike & John brought the tank. The next morning John filled it up. Everyone were extremely friendly, genuinely nice and professional! Mike found a huge problem in the lines. Thank God we switched to Delta!
