Delta Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Visalia CA

Been here 10 days and almost ready to leave. Nurses and cna, have been courteous and very supportive. Therapy has been good. I've been surprised by how good their food is (other than skimpy breakfast). Don't want to be here, but if ever I need therapy I'd choose this facility again!

They don't care to much for there clients, there rude and inpatient. Your lucky if you get a good nurse to take care of your loved one. They aren't on it, about making sure our folks are actually eating the plate they were served. Very unprofessional and ghetto. I seen the way a nurse was trying to fed an elderly and she was super rude about it.

Do not work here. The staff doesn’t know how to communicate, they act immature and love to gossip about other staff instead of confronting them. Therapy is the first to get blamed if anything goes wrong and if you ask me, therapy is the most important part of a skilled nursing facility! I worked as an Occupational therapist and have never felt so disrespected and under appreciated in my entire career. So therapists, please avoid this place at all costs! No wonder they can’t find full time employees.
