31 My new dental office uses Demandforce to send text reminders for appointments.
Every time it sends me a reminder, it sends me two text messages that are exactly the same. For confirmation requests, it would just keep sending me the same text (in duplicate sets) until I respond. So sometimes I would get ten to twelve text messages in a row.
Very irritating, worse than spam. I eventually unsubscribed and just use my regular calendar reminder.
Our podiatry practice has been using Demandforce now for six years. We have been quite pleased with both their service and the availability of their support staff. Special thanks to our account manager, Hugo Skandrani, who is perhaps the most patient man that I have ever met!
Been with Demandforce for around 10 years. All of sudden customer service in the toilet. I have been trying for a month to get some resolution. Last 3 days emailed support and my rep. I receieved an auto response from rep saying he is no longer with the company since Nov 03rd. I reveive emails from support saying they have recevice my case and a account rep will be back in touch in less than 48 hours. Well guess what nada, zilch (0) not a word. Meantime I am still being billed for service I am not getting. Horrible customer service. I called today and left message with the answering service I have found another company "My Shop Manager" and will set up a meeting today. HMM same messages I left support nothing happened we will see if they get off of their tail. Seriously someting went wrong with this company.

Love this company and can't wait to see what it does for our business! We just started working with Demandforce and our account manager, Erik. He has made things so easy and is a rock star! The only issue I have had is the coworker of Erik's, Jenitsa, that interrupted our call by yelling and cursing at him over office drama even when he told her repeatedly that he was on a call. It was completely unprofessional!
Children's Dentistry of Hauppauge - Cameron Fishman has been so helpful! He has explained the features, like appointment reminders, so clearly. All our questions were answered even before we asked the question! He is wonderfully a step ahead of us before any issues even occur. His attitude is always wonderful!

I've only been with DF for a week now and just finished training. So, this review is really about the training process up to now. I've been through many trainings with various different systems, but Keara Noyd is by far the best trainer ever. A true GEM in this industry. Way to go, Keara! Good luck in all your endeavors.
