This company is great, their customer service is excellent, I had a lil problem with the plan I accidentally choose and one of the reps her name is PHOENIX helped me out and she was genuinely trying to help me fix the problem and she stayed on the phone with me until everything was taking care of. She is the truly definition of great customer service.will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend Sunny Singh at Denefits for your loan requests. Sunny is a great professional lender. He clearly discussed my contract and easily answered all of my questions. The whole loan process was comfortable. If I have any questions, I know Sunny will be available to provide the answers.

The service I received today from the online agent was phenomenal. He (Kaim) helped me through a difficult process I was not familiar with. I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to help me. He did not rush me nor did he get aggravated with my, maybe not so-intelligent questions. I want to thank him for making me feel like a valued customer today.

Denefits provided me with the financial abilityo pursue medical care that I desperately needed that wasn't covered by my insurance. The support that I received from Prince Jones and the Denefits team was the most professional, but also compassionate care I have experienced, ever! I’m appreciative for Allan Scott who was quick and responsive when I needed to cancel he checked right away if I qualified for a refund. Told me to get in touch with Lois Beauty to let them know I couldn’t move forward with classes due to finances. Today Nadia Smith reached out to me explaining very thoroughly what I needed to do. She kept in touch with me all day to make sure we could get everything processed today! I’m so thankful for her going above and beyond for me today and getting this all handled for me today! She made my day 10 times better after hearing the good news! Thank you so much again Nadia! Keep up the fantastic customer service you are giving!

I never in my life had experience from a company that was this awful. This is the worst customer service from any business I have ever had ever. Whoever keeps calling my phone and texting me as an employee of denefits is so unprofessional he calls me five times a day. He text my phone all the time and literally will go back-and-forth and argue with me through text about he contracts and payments, I’ve just never had a employee who will sit there and argue through text you all day and be ignorant and call your phone all day long. It’s the night before Thanksgiving and wont stop calling back to back. He’s been harassing me and I’ve complained before I don’t know who he is, but at this point, I don’t even know if he’s an employee because at this point it’s like a joke and it’s very unsettling. It’s a shame that one employee will ruin the name of a company, because I will never conduct any business with them again.

UPDATE: I want to especially thank Josh K from the customer service team. Unlike a lot of companies who never respond, when I had a question and was told that someone would investigate and get back to me with an answer, Josh actually called me back and provided me with a detailed answer! He also took my feedback requesting that the details be made available for future customers to access.

I had never head of this company before Friday. However, I am glad that it works in coordination with the doctor that I would like to work with for the next year to get my health better managed.

It was a simple matter to enroll on their website and I liked that everything was presented in clear, easy to read language. I did not know that they had an app too but I was happy to see that it was available for me to use.

I look forward to working with this company.

In order to compare which services are available in your area you have to contact customer service and give them the name of the type of provider you want. I am looking for a few types of services that can be given at many different type of places. So I now have to spend 30 minutes or more having a representative look up all the different type of providers that I can think of that may have the services that I want. It's really not user friendly. Other similar companies offer a list of providers online. I check those providers websites for what I need and move on if they don't have it quickly. I did that in 10 minutes. Simple. I hope you all change this.
