3One of the worst visit experiences I've ever had. He said all of 2 sentences to me during the entire appt, and when I asked him about after care he couldn't be bothered and had the nurse come answer my questions. It was clear from his tone and body language he didn't want to be there at all, and that I was an inconvenience to him (at best). I had previously been directed to him for an after hours call post-op and it was very clear he didn't want to answer that call either or answer my questions. Stay away.
Great doctor with a positive personality. He is thorough and well balanced. I have been to him multiple times and I've had my kids see him as well. He's also very engaged in the community.
Big staff at the front but very bad customer service. I went twice this e esdweekedrseddeserconfirmed appointment but Dr. Crockett was gone. They said the first time that something came up and Dr. Crockett left and they left me a voicemail at 2: 30 pm and my appt was 3: 45 pm. They made another appointment for me on 10/14/2022 at 3: 45 pm. I was there 15 mins before but again “Kristine” told me Dr. Crockett is gone for weeks and they don’t know if he’s coming back. Kristine Miller front office manager said the department responsible for calls of that nature should have called me but no one did. Worst customer service Don’t go there.
