Denny's, San Jose CA

This is the 2nd Denny's this week i have been too. 1st on was on blossom hill and the 2nd one is on Monterey rd. Both in san jose. Service at both was good. And prompt. Food was the.same at both clean in side and out. Please note on Monterey one need to ask for combo to bathrooms.

The first time I went it was perfect one guy working and the second time 3 people and was horrible never came back to check if we needed something.

Awesome service with Tara and great brunch! Kona Bear also enjoyed her meal too!

This Dennys is very clean, they have friendly and quick services. Our server Stephanie was very attentive and friendly. The food was great. They do very well in dealing with covid.

Had a good Veterans breakfast for my husband paid for for mine and it was to get the respect of being a veterinarian

This Dennys has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Went in to have lunch and was waiting to be seated four other people came in after me and were seated and acknowledged before me. When I asked if I could be seated the server walked into the back. I will never give them my business again. This is the one on Alma and Monterey Road.

Service was terrible we were in the front and not once did the waiter ask us if we needed more to drink or if we needed anything else

Great service here. Denny's is always solid and consistent with the quality of there food and oh by the way, fairly inexpensive.

Bad food, bad service, facilities are not too clean. Sometimes you sit an hour before getting your meal. Needs new management, not to mention it's not cheap.

I really enjoy their skillets especially the veggie one. It has potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and broccoli.

It is a decent place for a meal. It has decent prices and good food. Plus, it is open non-stop.

Waiters shift ended during our meal. He left, we didn't know, kept waiting for refills on drinks extra napkins etc. Finally after the female waiter walked by us for the 3rd time, I asked for our waiter, she informed me "oh, he is off, its
Me now". What is wrong with the service here? Why would you see me looking for our waiter, walk by me 3 times, and just now tell me this? Among the trash and the prostitutes outside this place, there are good people who pay to eat. Take care of your good customers.

Absolutely the WORST food ever served in any Denny's anywhere EVER!
Eggs were served RAW!
Everything else was burned.
Also, services are terrible.

My mother and I were seated immediately but waited 30 minutes for our breakfast. The customers who arrived AFTER were served before us. The Lead waitress was not pleasant and touched the plates and handled the money! NEVER GOING BACK!

One star for the coffee it taste good can not say for my waiter he was very rude his name jose we ask for another silverware he took mine gave it to my sister not cool jose just his attitude totally not friendly will not be going there again

I am part of the veterans Pier support group that comes into this restaurant on the first Thursday of every month Jose is usually our waiter and very knowledgeable kind and prompt

This particular Denny's (on Capitol and Almaden Expwy) is AWESOME! Do NOT go to the Denny's on Alma and Monterey. The customer service is awful and the food is disgusting!

Great food. Service ok. I felt they could've done way better. But over all everything else was good.

The food was quick, the service was attentive. We ordered Dulce de Leche pancakes with Strawberry Pancake Pups. Delish! I have gone there before and I will definitely come here again. Everyone is so welcoming!
