Not going to talk about the lack of curbside Parking
Placed an order at 1: 35pm. Drove up and called them to make sure I’m waiting outside about 10minutes later
So get this my confirmation said no more then a 20 minute wait. So I’m thinking by 2 I’ll be on my way home
I waited saw people come and go. It was now 2: 25, I finally called back to only be told they are too busy. When I arrived sure it was kind of busy, but in the 45 minutes I was waiting it definitely slowed down
Asked for a refund And did not take the cold food that had been sitting there for 30-40 minutes
If your craving Denny try the one on Rosecrans or south st. Maybe they aren’t as busy. So they will definitely remember your order

I went to this one thinking service would've been a lot different no. Now don't get me wrong the young was nice but she got my order all wrong and I said it to her we went over it a few times and it was still wrong.
Now on top of that it's Covid all places are not so busy especially this one we had to have her wipe the table off. Then the table where she had I and my family which was up against the wall next to where they would make extra coffee the wood in the seat was broken.
Let's talk about how nasty the area where they would make the extra coffee which is on the side off Lakewood blvd it had towels are paper towels old and nasty under it. Just the area itself was very unclean.
Let's not forget that whomever was there before us left there black Covid mask above the seat oh u can see it that means the staff is half cleaning this place needed cleaning attention bad. Should've taken pictures to prove my point

Late night breakfast after long day of work. Server was very sweet. Order was just as good. Open 24 hrs, mask is required.
I've been bringing my mom to this Denny's for the occasion breakfast outing for close to 10 years. My mom refuses to eat at any other Denny's. The servers here are the best
Came here for my lunch at 11pm. I was sitting for 30 minutes never received my food and when i told them to just charge me the coffee they laugh and said its on the house. As if it was funny that i never got my food. Never coming here again.
Hopefully this was just an off night. I paid for my to go order, but no chance I was going to eat it after watching the rapport with customers. Still tipped, not everyone's fault.
I have gone to this location multiple times after spending the day at Lakewood Mall or after seeing movies, I'd go there when I didn't go to NORM's, just down the street, instead. It was here that I learned and confirmed my love for MOONS-OVER-MY-HAMMY which I ordered without fail at Denny's locations all over for years afterward, especially during late nights. My current obsession/addiction is their GRAND SLAM BURGER, which offers everything I could possibly want in a sandwich at once.
Poor service, food ok, coffee has never been good coffee flavor. Temperature of coffee bad, waitress was not around to request a new cup of coffee. I just go there for my kids, but try no to be very offen. For the price naaa
Chef's didn't WEAR A MASK! Horrible time management. Front desk Registration lady couldn't even SPEAK UP to call people names for their tables. We got there around 10 am, ate for about 20 minutes, and left at 12: 30. Worst Dennys experience ever. When we started eating we started to notice that the staff had no mask COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE STILL A THING. There are chefs cooking with no masks and putting younger kids who can't get a vaccine in danger and well as older people who are more prone to suffer because of their immune system. After speaking to the cleaning lady about how covid restrictions work there, she said that all the staff need to wear a mask, but not wearing one isn't abnormal behavior for some of the staff. STAFF WERE SWEATING, AND BREATHING ALL OVER THE FOOD.don't bring your family or loved ones here if u want good service. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We tried to speak to the manger, as well as a couple other people, but they said APPARENTLY they were not there. Stay safe everyone.
Nice girls in the AM, good brakefast. She offered me a jalapeños asado.was perfect for my breakfast, she must have seen the Mexican in me jajaj

Bell peppers and potatoes appeared in one omelet where they should not have been as well as onion pieces in the other. The fruit bowls were great! Although they were swamped, the service was outstanding!
So bad had to warn you all about this Denny’s. First wrong was they don’t have everything on the menu they lack ingredients to make everything on the menu. Second wrong my food was super cold the bacon was freezing. The third wrong was the portion size was small I expected a full plate they really holding out at this Denny’s. Finally the last wrong I found a small mushroom in my food that was not supposed to be in my plate. This is a horrible breakfast location this Denny’s is not meeting its standards stay away I was really disappointed.
Absolutely worse customer service on the phone. Whoever their worker is, either needs to get moved to another area or fired.
Our waitress hands looked dirty, she didn't even tell us her name the whole time we were there. She didn't get our order right our food was cold and I just didn't enjoy the experience and yes we still tipped her 10percent imagine that!
I've been coming to this place ever since I can remember it has always been the spot for my family get together, I've never had an issue always really friendly staff and the food is prepared at a perfect time.unfortunately this time that I went it was not the case the waitress kept for getting what we ordered we waited a long time for the food some of the things we ordered were never served but they made sure to give us the bill as soon as they gave us the first plates, the last one to receive the plate was my husband and It was when we were all done with our food so he had to rush and eat it.point is it was very uncomfortable we felt rushed and nothing was served as we asked for! For the first time I was disappointed in this place I will keep going because I believe sometimes we just have bad days but hope to never experience this type of service again.
The staff was very friendly. Our server Hector was so helpful with our orders. The food was delicious and our water glasses were constantly filled. We felt like royalty with his service. Thank you so much for an incredible breakfast experience. There is also a huge area for outside dining if that is your preference. It was made available after the pandemic started. My dining companion and I opted to dine inside, though.
Service was great. The only thing was that not offering prime omelette due to no meat. And wanted to charge 10extra dollars for steak. Was overcharged for items and at the end would take c20% coupon.
