Diner Denny's reviews
14This particular Denny's they doing great job everybody was on top of things at least during my visit
LOVE DENNYS. I go with my kids every Sunday before church. I have had some of the best time there with my kids.
Excellent food, excellent and very polite and kind service from our server. And the cooks were working their tails off let me tell you! I never have seen chef's move so quickly! Thank you Dennys!
I'm a constant diner at this store.the service is Incredible. I'm always treated like a VIP.all the managers are nice and professional.my favorite is Marissa.if you want great service.go in around 6pm. I always do.it's nice to know people still care.
Yes I ordered breakfast but wanted something extra on my hash browns. Well I would have had to pay up front. They worked with me and I got my order. Hate I didn’t get a name but that means the service is consistent. Eating inside is a treat too.
The waitress was sooo very polite and friendly on my last visit. Really made the meal all the more enjoyable.
09/10/2022@7pm: Marissa, our waitress and two younger males were on staff. Three tables with two already served and one who sat themselves after walking through the restaurant yelling "hello? " So why is it I had to clean my table that came with spilled salt and a straw wrapper? I had to get extra napkins. Sent my boyfriend to correct my order. Took my cups up to the bar to get a refill. She brought us the food & the bill. 18 min, after getting the bill, I was about to go look for a box when she returned. She was yapping with her friend and disappeared into the kitchen with the one other male. The male with the short neat hair cut helped us more than the other two. He stopped cleaning to prepare our meals, refilled our drinks and was visible. He jogged to the register when he saw me looking for napkins. I had gotten them before he got there. I wanted to leave no tip at all, but left a dollar because she brought us a box. This is what happens when minimum wage goes from $7.25 to $15.00/hr? I would rather have a kiosk & keep my tip if I am going to pay $46+ for a meal and serve myself.
Hello
1. Meat burned and tasteless.
2. Manager was kind and gave a twenty percent off the bill to us, but I would have preferred a tasty unturned up burger. So while he was nice the food was lousy.
I can write a lot of things but it's a Denny's. It's clean and very straightforward. Good food, regular items. Good location. It can get packed at times and sometimes they're limited because of it but staff do the best they can (only taking a start off because it can take long time, not their fault but staffing limitations/capacity).
The Dennys on Roscrans is clean and cosy. The night staff is not very friendly or, if they put forth the effort, friendly only in a perfunctory manner.
Waitress was disrespectful. I chose not to eat. Concerned about her spitting in whatever I might have ordered. Refused to even ask the chef if I could have grilled onions on my cheeseburger. Lost my appetite. I did stay while my companion ate.
Clean, courteous, and tastes like Denny's food should and always has tasted. However getting tired of Denny's tricky sneaky ways of trying to screw you out of a dollar based upon their menu items and how they set it up for instance when you order a hot plate of fajitas you would expect to get tortillas with them however no they're an extra and you have to ask for them they're not offered
Usually the wait time is not bad during the weekends, which is great. The staff is quick and the food is always cooked perfectly. I mean each time, it is exactly as it should be.
They kept messing up my sandwich order here as well. I don't understand why the waitress puts what I want on the sandwich, but the cooks do what THEY want to do, when they make it!
I just decided to forget about it and I went to the "new" IN & OUT next door!
