Denny's, Montebello CA

I order beyond Burger the woman didnt know about this Burger. When the burger came it was raw. I didnt like the service

Great service, plenty of tables, food is great, attentiveness is there at all time, will recommend it to friends and family

Very clean, spacious, out door dine in, but the best experience at Denny's (yes Denny's) was our waitress Brenda. Everything was warm and on point.

Special mans Grand Slam it's not on the menu you have to ask for special it's like $5 per person it is a lot of food eggs hash browns sausage or bacon and pancakes orange juice $5 you cannot beat that to be truthful I get 5 bucks tip

Orderd curbside pick up. Arrived there on time and called them to let them know I was there. Waited in car for 25minutes and nothing. Walked in and my food was sitting cold on the counter.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very cordial and the cooking they offer is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a good meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I’m only giving 5 stars because our waitress Emilia was exceptional. I don’t give reviews, but she really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. And I think it’s something that really speaks on her character and I just wanted it to be known that she’s simply a great worker and person.

Really bad experience! The waitress checked on us like 3 times the whole time we were there, she never brought what we needed, and we got our coffee creamers once the coffee was cold and we had finished our food. Restrooms were supper dirty and no toilet paper!

This morning February 9,2020 my family and I came to have breakfast at this Denny's Restaurant 0449. Today was our second and last time dining here. Our server Brenda, lady with the blonde hair made us feel uncomfortable and was extremely rude. Not sure if she was bothered about us being a party of 8 or what was her issue but honestly the service Brenda I, provided was a huge disappointment. When we'd asked her nicely and respectfully for sauce, coffee or an item we needed she would raise up the tone of her voice frustrated saying the following: WAIT HOLD UP FIRST LET ME FINISH BRINGING THE PLATES THEN YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT. Let me mention some of my family members were already eating. Well this server Brenda had the nerve to make us wait. Like if it was her needs and not ours. Her customer service was horrendous. We are usually the type to leave great tips because we recognize our servers effort and service. But today we decided to not leave a tip. I expect and hope staff management talk to Brenda I, regarding this matter. Brenda hopefully you read this review and understand that not only us but several families come to enjoy a meal and have a good time and expect respect and good customer service. Don't ruin it with your bad attitude. You are there to serve and make families happy. Of course always to get respect as well as for you to respect others. Something you really need to work on and improve is your customer service. Treat others how you want to be treated. I'm sure you would not like for your family and yourself to be disrespected by a server who's service was like yours, awful. BTW my mother already tried leaving her review but you guys keep deleting it. I will keep posting til my review gets left for others to read.

Service was fast, food not as good as other Denny's locations though, but still enjoyable. Be aware that there's lots of people here on the weekends.

When we had our food after waiting almost 20 minutes, then when it came it was cold not good. I have to tell them and they drive me back Forum page. That's okay. Let it sit there and for a while

We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting.my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were very polite and we felt very good. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.

What can I say Denny's has been a staple in every community for their service & menu. Restroom was clean & stocked & nice to see at 5am

Some one named Fernando put me on hold twice for 10 minutes and forgot about me twice ruined my appetite and my family's morning just went to IHOP instead

My Dad Always brings All the Family here for years and it's the same every Sunday. Full and the waiting is about 30-45 minutes
But he Loves the Services People can't complain

Great place to buy some food when in a rush. The service is swift, rates are reasonable, good vibes. Will come back again
