Server Macy was extremely unatentive, and seemed to not move with any sense of urgency. Our cashier karia had to come take our order after being seated for over 15 min. With no drink and no server in sight. After she took our order the server came minutes later and still did not come to our table first. Terrible attitude and also our food was not prepared correctly. Missing strawberries on the pancakes and no jalapeños on my burger which I asked for. Also gave us our check right after setting the food down witch basically cut us off from ordering anything else.

The food was good as usual. But when we were here, the service was not good. The waitresses made it seem like we were a burden.and made us feel unwelcome. Hopefully this doesn't happen again!

They don't have most of the items in the menu. We wanted to order fish and they didn't have meat to dry.

I went in and ALAZAY R was my server/cashier. My mother placed an order to feed 3 and I separately ordered a kids meal with contents as follows “BYO GRANDSLAM JR KIDS MEAL”, a side of mini pancakes, 2 sausage links, & grapes. When I initially began to place my order ALAZAY asked her co-worker (name unknown) to assist her with adding my additional items because she did not know how. The coworker proceeded to take my order and when she was done ALAZAY stated my total which was $5.41 I jokingly said to my mother “oooh mom that’s cheap maybe we should start ordering out food from the kids menu” and proceeded to pay for my order via debit. I left to pick up my son meanwhile my mother remained waiting for the food. My trip took about 12 minutes approximately by the time I returned my mother was there waiting with the food. She got into the car we drove home. Once home I went to gather my sons food and all that was there was 3 mini pancakes, and 2 sausage links, with the side of grapes. We were missing 3 mini pancakes, 1 sausage link, 1 slice of bacon, eggs. I called to explain to ALAZAY the issue with my order and she stated to me “I gave your mom everything I remember. I politely explained to her I did not receive all of the items I order she said “bring in your receipt and we will gladly correct the problem “ I went in no more than 3 minutes after our phone conversation and there was a new team n shift ALAZAY was gone I politely explained yo the manager who I believe her name was MICHELLE I could be wrong but anywho once I explained to her the problem she says “I just got here and yes ALAZAY explained to me that you were not charged for your extra items However she says she read your order back to you before you completed your payment and you proceeded to pay” I kindly said to her “no one ever read my order back to me there seems to be Mis confusion here’s what happened…. She blatantly responded with “well I wasn’t here so there’s nothing I can do” with no concern whatsoever. My overall experience was terrible the customer service was not nearly justifiable to dennys code of customer conduct and not any paying customer deserves to be spoken to in that tone it’s not what she said it’s how she said it & there’s no way a filthy attitude having piece of a manager should be held in charge of the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! In which I know I should have checked my order before paying, but I still did not deserve to be spoken too in that manner/tone nor should I have been mislead to return to the store for correction of my order that was not even taken care of. Then to get started on the structure of my food, it was simply thrown into the to-go style container my sausage was buried under my half cooked hash brown that had absolutely no flavor at any possible all, I was complaining unsatisfied all around! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Slow on service • our food was to warm to cold!

The pancakes were delicious, the biscuits and gravy were too. The sausage was literally cold. I couldn't believe it! Because of that, I couldn't take another bite of the sausage. It looked like, only half of it was cooked. The waiter was friendly. Disappointed ️

The hostess were not seating people in the order of who came in 1st which was very frustrating. Other than that. Jeremy was an awesome server's! The food was delicious

It was great food. A long wait to get food only due to the fact it was Vetrans day. Other wise the wait isn't to long.

Certain days they were little bit busy but they do have been testing service and good dinners and breakfast

Misinformation is rampant these days, this may be where it all starts. When we asked if they were serving the pecan pumpkin pancakes we were told by the hostess they were out of pecans, bummer-. When we got seated and my guest asked for pumpkin pancakes, she was asked if she wanted just pumpkin or with pecans, given the choice she opted WITH. When we got the order the pancakes were cold, after bringing them back from the microwave they were.nutless.

Good experience, the staff were friendly even during a very busy weekend rush. Good portions and decent price.

Never go on the weekend unless you have time to wait.

Food was just average.nothing amazing.probley should have made breakfast at home and it would be tastier and get more for your $$.

Manger Michelle falsely accused me of stealing money off the table.she asked me and my friend to leave the restaurant. I felt like we were treated poorly and discriminated against. There was no police report because I didn't commit any crime. This was extremely embarrassing for me as there was customers and staff looking.servers did nothing to help. I have never experienced this in my life.

Pumpkin pancakes delicious! Service very good. Polite, friendly, and attentive. Tasted new dish steak eggs benedict some parts of dish good others I didn't like.

It was horrible it was so packed it took me and my family an hour just to sit down. Another hour and we were still waiting on our food. I recommend going to eat somewhere else.

It has a friendly atmosphere and the waitresses were very courteous, thanks alot Denny's. We saved our pennies to eat at Denny's. We had some fries and a burger. Next is coffee with some sugar. So take some time to have lunch. Just to drink or to munch.lol

The food was not good at all. Sunnyside up eggs still raw, hash browns weren't cooked all the way, toast was burnt, bacon was floppy, what they call scrabble isn't really scrabble. The hamburger was just cooked enough but had no flavor. The fries weren't seasoned. Best thing there was the tap water.
