Denny's, Fresno CA

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PICKING UP FOR DOORDASHERS. This place was dead and there was nothing really going on and it took them an extra 15 minutes to make the meal and someone came in after me and got the meal before I did. The manager is very rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. If I were the general manager to the store I would have quick conversation with her about privacy laws or else she's going to be finding herself in a lawsuit

My daughter and I waited 25 min to be seated then waited an hour for our food. Our appetizer came out with our food. The appetizer was cold I spoke with a manager about the appetizer she asked if i wanted it remade I said no so she said she would take it off the bill. Our waitress was rude and we only saw her when our food came out and when she handed me my bill. I called when i left to get the phone number for corporate and was told to look it up.

Been here 3 times. Each time had a not so pleasent experience. Bathrooms dirty, took 16 min just to get drinks. Not greeted. Waited FOREVER to pay. They say they are hiring. I hope they just pick someone. I know ppl have applied.

The first time my husband and I ordered through their website, everything was going great. We waited the appropriate amount of time and went to go get the food. Not only was the food late but THE TICKET WAS NEVER GIVEN TO THE COOKS. It was never made! We had to wait an extra hour before someone informed us that the ticket was never passed on.

The second time we ordered from Uber Eats. The quality of food was horrible. My order was missing when it was delivered. Tried calling the restaurant several times but all I got was a busy signal. I got my refund thankfully but we won't be going back here.

Just had my annual Veterans Day breakfast there. Excellent as always. It can be a busy location but they are always cordial and efficient. -Ace

This was the WORST experience EVER! It took 27 minutes to get coffee. This is when we discovered that the other family had been there for an hour! Complete UNPROFESSIONALISM. I will NEVER again step across any Dennys threshold. It is trash.

We were hungry so we stopped by to get chocolate pancake puppies. The waitress and cook were both very nice. I would say this location is one of the better examples of a good staff.

Terrible service. Server didn't greet herself, just cut to the chase and asked what I wanted to order. Never brought the water I asked for, and waited more than 10 minutes to get my other beverage. Also waited a long time, like other customers at the time, to get their order taken when ready. Food was good, but also waited almost 15 minutes just to get my tab to pay and never arrived. I got up and had to get the other server to ring me up directly in the cash register. There have been other restaurants and diners with short staff and still manage to easily handle all the customers. This Denny's wasn't even packed, but rather almost empty and they couldn't attend me well. I also noticed the server just lingering around the kitchen as if she didn't have anything to do, which upset me even more but I didn't call her out on it, because complaining about it just wastes my time and energy. I'd rather share it here with the public in order for people to get the idea of what you're most likely gonna expect. If there's a way to accommodate for the inconvenience, I would greatly appreciate it.

Do not visit this denny's on first and shaw. We have been sitting for 45 minutes after ordering! Have watched others get their food, but are waiting on ours! Absolutely not busy and it took 20 minutes to clean a table. Completely horrible service! Feeling like I'm getting discriminated because I'm white.

I highly recommend this clean and friendly environment got the best service from a nice young lady name shawnte Very polite And helpful server and also the Manger jack such a professional and gentleman made sure we were well taken care of

Denny's is Denny's. You don't go there for the ultimate dinning experience. Service is friendly, food is ok and they will always make things right if there is a mistake. They'll pour coffee tell you float.

I like this Denny's the staff is very friendly and courteous it seems to be busy which is good you don't have a long wait the food is good you can always call ahead or order your food online for pickup freeway is close by bus#9 #28 #34 will get you here

Untrained staff. Unprofessional. Staff cursing at location. Wouldn't recommend but some folks will eat anything. This wasn't a good Dennys experience at all, AT ALL!

Customer service deserves five star but the cooks that they have there deserve a two-star found hair in my food they made another one but I had to eat after all my other people have eaten overpriced shorted me on fries and onion rings I got six onion rings don't waste your money going to this Denny's unless you're just there for customer service and not food

Hope Lutheran Church has its weekly Men's Bible Study every Friday morning at 7 AM. Carmen, our usual server, provides excellent service. She knows our names and remembers what each of us usually orders. Wonderful!

No to go's after 10 p.m!? I don't want covid and to make people have to go in and eat is the worst decision a business can make! I'll spend my business elsewhere!

Thank you for not even bothering to follow your wait list and completely wasting my time and that of about a dozen others all standing around. Excellent job.

Service good and just a little slow when at full capacity but please understand that lots of persons not coming back to work just yet good eating

Slow order taking slow to bring food out always filled to the brim with people never a good time definitely skipping this place from now on
