Denny's, San Bernardino CA

The very friendly person who attended us was attentive all the time that we did not lack anything. Good service.

Clean place (except the women's bathroom), expedient service, and good food. Easily accessible off hwy 215.

This particular location don't have anything other locations have. I wouldn't recommend. EVER

My previous review was from 3 yrs ago.i dont come here often because of the service. Seems like nothing has changed. I've been sitting for 1 hour, and my food is still not here. The waitress is in front of the cooks waiting for the food. They dont have enough cook but have 6 waitresses now.

Always understaffed even on the weekends theirs is no on greeting you the manager sucks instead of greeting and sitting ppl he dissapeared after sitting one person we waited for 15min to be sitted and the restaurant was not even close to half full they are understaffed in the kitchen as well I'm surprised this place is still open

Food sucked you could tell it was microwave food only egg was decent but came out of a carton I asked server told me the hve no shell eggs was not good food at all one of the servers was a queen wth lil blond tips rude queen he was!

Every thing was great the only thing is the guests service they are so slow they never go and see if you need refill on the drinks or if you need something else we need to ask for utensils and napkins this is ridiculous to be asking for dose thing when they should know that is something they have to do with out asking.

Today, Father's Day. Denny's was exceptional! Very busy but plenty of help. We (4 of us all seniors) were seated immediately and our waitress took our drink order within minutes. She was quick and efficient and had plenty to keep her busy with so many others. Our parent's country fried steak meals were perfect and my husband and I had the egg white with spinach breakfast. The food spent no time in the window as it was hot when received. Our waitress did a great job! Our parents have been in this area over 60 yrs and agreed this was one of our best visits to this Denny's. Thank you!

I have recently made my way back to this Denny's, and I have noticed a considerable improvement since my last visit several years ago.
I try to come at least once a week after work to wind down and clear my thoughts. The young man, Juan, working the late evening early morning shift is always very polite and helpful and keeps the diner looking clean and organized. I have seen when there are multiple customers and he treats every one of them with respect.
The clean, friendly atmosphere created by Juan and the night crew keep me coming back every week. Keep up the great work, Juan, and thank you for your excellent service and friendly demeanor!

Went to our local Denny’s today to have Banana Splits. Denny’s has a big menu full of many great choices, but we were really specific on what we were craving! The Banana Splits were delicious and hit the spot. Our waitress was very kind and professional.

I work down the street at the warehouses and frequent this Dennys often either on my own or with coworkers. 9 times out of 10, Juan is our waiter and is such a pleasure to be around. Despite us being a big group, he always takes care of us and always makes sure we have everything we need. I know it can be hard working customer service, but he's always so pleasant to talk to even if it’s 4: 30-5 am. I love coming to this Dennys to unwind and have some delicious food to end the night and always hope for Juan to be the server!

Juan waited on my table and decided to give himself a $73 tip not including the $10 cash tip I already left him on the table. For a grand total of $83. His tip cost almost twice as much as my food bill. And that's not all when we got there the 1st. Thing he told us B4 we even stepped foot in the restaurant was. "IM TAKING A BREAK AND YOUR GONNA HAVE TO WAIT" OMG how rude

We arrived, it took them 30 minutes to serve us and there were no people, I asked to sit at a bigger table, they told me no because they were dirty, then they looked that we didn't change where they sat us and that's the only way they changed our table. Bad service.

Food was good for the most part, at least for being a Denny's. The waiter checked on us a couple times but he was also doing other jobs so he seemed a little busy. Bathroom were grosser then a gas station toliet in my opinion but otherwise it was okay

My review is for the waitress that is pregnant. She is so lazy always forget everything and gives an attitude. She didn’t bring no napkins. Got our order wrong and still give us an attitude and to top it off it took 45 minutes for them to give us our food. This Denny’s needs better management.
