Denny's, Sacramento CA

My only complaint is the lack of employees. One waitress is running around doing everything. Not fair!

Food was great, miss pack my order though. Service is not very friendly and wait is longer than expected.

Robert was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the while experience run smoothly. Me and my daughter had a great experience.

I came here once last week, will never come again. Place was nearly empty yet we had to wait for a booth, which was fine but strange. They out of mashed potatoes on this Sunday non-holiday afternoon. I was served my entire meal, but my wife only got a small portion of her meal. The remainder of her meal was brought to her after I finished mine. And when they did bring it out, fried eggs were so dripping with grease that my wife didn’t eat them. Her hash browns were also greasy and we sent them back. Our server kept apologizing to us and was shouting at the cooks in the kitchen from the front because the cooks messed up on our order. Not one did someone come check on us to refill our coffee or anything. But the worst part was when I went into the men’s bathroom … it smelled like old urine so strong that I could not finish washing my hands because I needed to get out. All the urinals had urine stains so bad that the urine was caked on layer upon layer and was various shades of brown and orange. And all urinals had some black stuff running down the urinal. These urinals obviously had not been cleaned in weeks or months. We were given a discount due to the greasy food and excessive waits, but the discount did not make up for this bad experience.

I went to Denney on E commerce way, and ordered Apple crisp and it had Glass in it the sever was bad and the Lady refuses to let us eat there after she was the one who actually told it was glass and she has use race as a factor also acted like I am broke and was just looking for a quick come up excuse me I don't have to look for a quick come up I work and feel very disrespected. Syndi, and she is very very wrong in this situation, the only reason I still go to this place is because of the night sever and her husband that is a cook. Please if they are not there leave or make sure you check your food so that you don't eat glass like I did I still have PTSD behind this situation

This is the worst family restaurant every time they don’t have enough people working and a lot of customers fight with the employees today it’s was worst I ordered my food they took for ever to get yo my orders and them they come with some of my orders but they didn’t show up until the end with the receipt and my baby eggs and she’s asked you can take home seriously I didn’t said anything but for sure I wouldn’t never come back there plus on top of everything one the customer was fighting with one the employee’s definitely not a good place to spending with the family

Their restaurant is NOT open 24 hours as advertised even though their light open sign and interior lights were on.

We received great service today! Friendly smiles and the food was delicious, restaurant is very clean and the customer service is great!

I have been coming to this dennys for a few years now. They have really stepped up on this place, great fresh food, friendly staff members, and customer service is ten times better than before. Robert and Cyndi are both newer staff members and I’m glad they are about of the team there. They provide top notch service to me and my family every time we come.

They're pretty understaffed, but the server was pretty nice. The cook did seem to have an issue with slight modifications though. I heard a woman at a different table ask for her eggs to be redone and the cook must've complained or something since they server sighed and said "Yeah, I know". Heard the same thing when I sent back my omlette since I asked for no onions and it was almost entirely onions (literally picked them out to try to salvage it because they didn't seem to handle complaints well but onions was literally the only flavor). That's kinda annoying to hear the staff get so annoyed with stuff being sent back for good reasons.

First thought when I walked in was why it was so empty with it being time for breakfast. This was our first stop of the day to get breakfast and our last time food stop. First red flag was finding hair in the food. Disgusting. Then about 3-4 hours later the family and I started getting sick. (Myself, husband and child). Was not fun driving through a mountain with all of the with stomach sickness.

Alyssa? I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name. SHE WAS AN AMAZINGGGGGGG SERVER. I think my best experience at a Denny’s so far. She made our milkshakes with love. Love her.

Every time I’ve been to this location I have been greeted so wonderfully by Alyssa. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what’s going on both in the front and in the kitchen area of the restaurant. She gets my order right everytime. I live all the way in Rosemont, so this is way out of my way. I love her! She’s awesome and deserves a raise.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner and had a great experience. Friendly staff, good food. The restaurant was very clean as well. We will definitely return!

ALYSSAAAA my girl alyssa was the best <3 served us and was so nice during our night there after the club.what a great experience! Our nachos were made with love.

Greeted by our server with a warm welcome and friendly smile. Service was fast and food was made perfectly

Got told there would be a 45 minute wait for food because there was one cook. I still agreed to sit with that understanding, but I didn't realize that meant my kids and I would not even be greeted by anyone and served drinks. There's other issues going on there.

Cyndi and Justin were amazing, I have never had such excellent service at a Dennys, they both were attentive and you can tell they enjoy making the customers that walk in feel great.

Very nice building. Clean, friendly staff, short wait time. Our food was served hot and was really good.
