Denny's, Thousand Palms CA

Had a great visit. Sylvia was our server. She was so helpful and delightful.
Would definitely return again.

Sylvia my waitress said there was no chocolate shakes. I was bummed out.she made one up with vanilla ice cream and hershys chocolate. It was perfect and I felt special. That was so cool of her. Ill be back to this restaurant. Food was great

Last two times I've gone here the food has either been burnt or not cooked all the way or like for instance this morning my biscuits and gravy the gravy was like water

Disheartening and disappointing we frequent this Denny’s with family and friends often and this was the first time we had ever received horrible food and customer service. Ordered the Superbird, Bacon Avocado Hamburger, and the new Brisket Sandwich. The Superbird had only two slices of meat did not look like the picture in the menu and the bacon was burnt. The Brisket sandwich looked as if the meat was sprinkled on the bread. Fries and onion rings were cold. The waitress never came back to refill drinks and when we were able to catch her she took quit some time to refill just one drink instead of all of them. When I asked the waitress why are our food didn’t come or look like the picture on the menu she could not tell me why. I asked for the Restaurant Manager, Amanda was the name gave me she came by to tell me it would cost extra for more than two slices of meat and the restaurant owner is rationing the food, and that the dayshift is making the food incorrectly and that is why the food looks like the picture during the day. I was baffled. Throughout the time of sitting there the Restaurant Manager would be talking loud while she was cooking, telling our waitress “Hey the avocado burger is ready but not the bacon well it is there is one ready do what to take it out still”. Like come on where is the decency? So much went wrong unfortunately hopefully the evening Denny’s Crew can get there things better in order otherwise more business will be lost. *Side note the restrooms are are filthy they need a good deep cleaning. (Check out the picture talk about false advertising) now does that look like the picture on the menu? !? !

Decided to stop in after a night at the casino. It was burning up hot in there at 1: 30am! I felt bad for the staff. Other than that everything was just as expected. One thing about Denny’s is their consistency! You always know what you’re getting and it’s the same every time. Ventured out and tried their new pancake balls. Super tasty!

Ordered French creeps was cold and raw strawberries where old and nasty the bacon looked fake small and see throw, the hash browns where half cooked, the hot tea tasted like coffee the extra hot water in a pot was filthy and all had a bad stomach ache all day from it, oh and silverware looked like it hasn't been washed just rised and wiped down the bus boy came out with his cart to pick up dishes the containers that holds the dished was more dirtier than the dishes,

I was greeted by Rose and Monse with beautiful smiling faces! The store was spotless clean the store was warm and inviting. The food was delicious!

Came to eat dessert and the second we walked through the doors we got a big flow of hot air. These hard working employees do not deserve to be working in this heat when it’s colder outside. It was 90 degrees in there.
