Diner Denny's reviews
15Had a late night breakfast ate some new dish, it had banana pancakes with yummy caramel sauce Omg so good and hash browns and eggs
I really like Denny's, the breakfasts are delicious, the coffee and also the salads for lunch time!
Had a late dinner and Sarah was the only server it was pretty busy and she freaking Rocked the place and the cook was also rocking it the service was fast the food was hot and delicious and the guy clean tables was keeping the area clean and ready for the guest.we will definitely stop again
I only ever order to go, but each time I go, they are always friendly and fast. My food is always delicious and prepared correctly.
Waitress was nice. But worst omelette I’ve ever had. Also, there was a guy in the booth next to us talking to himself playing with a switch blade, not great for ambience. Waffle House- PLEASE COME TO CALIFORNIA.
P. S.nice job w the bathroom, pretty clean overall.
Haven't been here in many years. We had Breakfast. It was Good. Food prices have gone up a lot.
We don't eat out very much. Too Expensive!
Bad Service and Bad Food!
Breakfast served COLD!
Toast came 10 minutes after breakfast was delivered.
Never brought Cream for Coffee!
Never brought Sugar for
Coffee!
Terrible Waiter and Cold Food!
Why when you pay $47.00 for breakfast for 2 you should get much better!
This place serves GARBAGE!
Do not waist your time or money!
Power went out at our home
My 87 yr.mom who lives with me, and has diabetes. We have electric to cook with so I called Denny's. Got a fantastic dinner, quick, and really service. And just as I was leaving to go pick it up, our power came back on. So glad I went anyway to pick it up.
Place was clean and neat. Server was arm and friendly. Meal was served promptly, was hot was DELICIOUS!
Always has promised, as long as you're ready for that many calories and that much salt. All the safe treats just like you remember
We visited Denny's around midnight after driving from Bullhead, AZ, We were tired, hungry, and on the verge of grumpy. The heat of the past few days was finally taking its toll on us. As we exited the freeway we had only a couple of choices for food.
After experiencing a Dennys in another state, we were very reluctant to eat at another Dennys. We went in anyway, The Hostess/waitress was amazing. She did not react to our grumpy dispositions, she did everything a waitress should have done, as well as we noticed she never stood still. Even though we were the only guest eating there, she was all ways busy cleaning and doing work associated with keeping the place in great shape. Normally Dennys offers what I call the "penalty menu" late at night. Not this one, they offered a full menu and served great food in the middle of the night. Thank you Deneys staff for a truly pleasant visit.
Told us they wouldn't seat us when it was 2 hours before closing a few years ago. Only 4 of us, so not like it was a big group.
Denny's used to be the one safe bet for reasonably priced food in Tehachapi: always good, always consistent. Well, I don't know what's happened in the past year or so, but the last two dinners I've had were terrible: salmon, which if it could still swim could have spawned upstream in the amount of oil it was sitting in, and country fried steak, which was also strangely greasy and fell apart like hamburger. The vegetable sides were exactly the same: overcooked, mushy broccoli that looked like it had been boiled to literal death, and potatoes that were sort of puffy yet chewy, as if they'd been rewarmed in a microwave. I'm really disappointed - we came here for years. We won't be back.
My wife and I stopped by Denny's at Tehachapi because it's late and it's open until midnight. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and my wife ordered the lasagna. Both of our entrees tasted great and very fresh. I had corn and the vegetable medley; my wife only had the garlic bread as a side. Price was very reasonable.
Service was a little slow but it's graduation day so the place was packed.
