Denny's, Hawthorne CA

Paid additional for strawberry topping which they forgot to put. I also tipped for this guy to hand me my food and get my name wrong, what a joke.

Bad customer Service. When I enter this restaurant there is no sign which says only 2 people allowed inside at a time. Nobody tells me either. After I ask the lady to hand me my order she immediately asks me to stay outside. When I asked there is no sign outside which says that then the other man brings the sign and puts it. They don’t even welcome you when you enter the store. If you wanna be mistreated go eat here.

The manager was rude and discriminating. She wouldn't allow my party of 2 to place an order in store. There were no signs prior to me entering the restaurant that I must place the order over the phone or online. She continued to tend to the other customers that were behind me while trying to instruct me to exit the building into the cold to place my order. Several minutes pass then she decides to post signs on the door that read "phone & online orders only after 10pm". Did I mention that all of this took place on Christmas Eve at midnight? Just know that I will NEVER spend another dollar in that establishment! We still got our food but from a different location nearby. It was late but I'd rather eat a PB&j sandwich before I spend any of my money in an establishment that discriminates against women, let alone women of color.

Hands down the best spacious, clean, fresh and hot, finger licking best Denny's I've been to thus far. They have great service and the prices are very much reasonable. It's a great place to get some me time to think or a great family outing spot. Kids also eat for free Thursday and Saturdays from 4pm to 10pm!

The wait time to get your order taken is ridiculous at this place, nearly half an hour after I was seated just to take my order. The waitress was nice but they need to get more personnel. The food was ok. I dont think I'll be coming back any time soon.

No one came to our table and we kept saying we would give them another chance to come and at least take the drink order, nothing, nothing.we got up and left.

Went to do a quick pickup for postmates and the servers were all standing together talking. My customers food was just sitting out in the open possibly getting cold. It took a while to grab there attention

They were so busy but another staffer stepped in and we waited for nothing. The food was nice and the place was clean, good experience.

Worst service i had in a while table was dirty seats sticky smelled like urine servers were rude use of bad language there was mold in are food absolutely disgusting if u have kids keep away im already filling a investigation with the health department against this place

This Dennys is always empty. The waitress are mean. The customers that did come to sit and eat had to dance around in order to get the attention of the visablely anoted workers.
You could hear the nasty nature in the tone of there voices when they would speak in Spanish. I will never go there ahaim

Today we went to eat breakfast with the family! Great service! I liked how fast they served the beverages! And the food! Thank you for my awesome morning! Keep it up!

Food is tasty and big portion, enough for me to share with my husband. Cheese sticks were the best, very yummy. T bone steak with eggs were good too! Crispy rosti, scrambled eggs and wheat bread came as accompaniment. Cold brew coffee a little diluted though. Overall pleased with food, service can be better! (There was only 1 service staff at night and the tables couldn’t really get his attention)

I went there and sat there for 30 minutes and they did not even offer us a drink. Then a family came in and the waiter got their order. And we left.
Bad service. Horrible food.

Ezme was so sweet and understanding when it came to my order. My kids loved her she made this experience great for them.

Not sure if this happened only for us.
This place is good for the people who dont have work or no other work on the day you go for breakfast.
—Entered 8.30 am to the restarent for the breakfast and got call from waiter after 25 min, and then waiter came to the table for order 9.30,
Waiter said food will be ready in 10 min, after 20 min waiter came and said one of my kid item is not available and ask us to change the order.
Finally we got the food 10.05 am.
Please think before you step in.

Really nice experience this time, everything was great, our food was prepared fast, service was excellente and I didn't have to ask for anything about our orders!

Great experience the server suggested the breakfast special for 10.99 we received pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, orange juice, and coffee and with aarp you get 15% off entire check great place

Ordered tbone steak and eggs with a Coke with no ice, medium rare for the steak. Coke with ice is what I got.instead of just giving me one without ice as I requested they charge me for an extra Coke. The gave me a rare steak first and took forever to bring me a charred steak drenched in oil or grease to make it juicy looking biting into it was like eating drywall. The service was also lacking. If you are not cut out to be working at Denny's please go home!

Decent service i guess but we can do bettet Dennys people.try and get the orders to go right and dont forget to go heavy on the syrup when ordering to go pancakes.otherwise they"re a bit dry. (;
