Dental Care of Anaheim reviews
3Dr. Arash Nia is an excellent Doctor, his bedside manners are excellent, this doctor is very knowledgeable and he always greets patients with a smile, Dr. Nia just like all the doctors working at this facility are wonderful humans, even the staff here are amazing. If you are looking for experience, dedication and compassion then look no further, I’m sure that you will be very happy with the service here. Thanks
This is such a great dental office! I have two in-depth reviews on Yelp, if you want to read those. To keep it simple, they have great customer service and you get text reminders for your appointments so you never forget. The dental assistants know what they're doing and help move along your procedures. And the dentist I've had three times, Dr. Nia, knows what he's doing. He explains what he is doing before the procedure and what needs to get done after the procedure. The two receptionists Gina and Manish help to answer any questions regarding pricing and/or insurance coverage. There is a wait time sometimes, no more than 1 hour, but I've experienced that at all my dentist appointments at different offices. (BUT, I've had to wait 3 hours for my appointment at W*stern D*ntal, so THAT is a horrible wait time.) You also need to take into consideration that you're not the only patient, so it's important to be patient:)! But when you are worked on, they know what they are doing. I really like this dental office and I recommend it.
I've visited this dentist office a few times. It's not guaranteed you'll get the same dental hygienist the next time. Which is not good. I was comfortable with my first dentist and I scheduled an appointment with her. I got there only for the receptionist to tell me she's no longer works there. I tried a new dentist whom I'm not unfamiliar with. She cleaned my teeth okay but she told me one of my tooth needed minor work. I ask how much she gave me a ridiculous price. I couldn't afford. The assistant told me to buy sensodyne. Tried it for a week and my tooth and gums got better no cavity. I tried my luck to give then another chance hoping I get a better dentist. I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me they only excepting emergency. Well cleaning my teeth is an emergency. She told me he only have availability August 15. It's June. I thought I was a valued customer (10 years). Guess not. Well I found a new dentist office near my house and they took me within two days. No more driving 30 miles. Very bad customers service Bad service and advise
