This dentistry gave me the best informative and multiple options to choose from to help suit my health requirements and explained everything in detail. They are very welcoming and very friendly. I have already suggested my wife to come to this dentistry as well. Stephanie, Rebecca, Joyce, and Dr. Kwon made me feel very comfortable in detail what can be accomplished.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this office. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist. They take the time to explain any procedure being done and the benefits it will bring. I always feel they’re doing what’s best for me and not trying to make money. ️‍️‍ highly recommend. I moved to San Diego and still make the drive down for my check ups

Going to the dentist office can actually be a pleasant experience. All of the staff are friendly and caring. Jody the hygienist did a great job and thoroughly explains what she is doing and why.

I've had my fair share of dental experiences over the years, but none have left me as impressed and satisfied as Dr. Ron. It is apparent that Dr. Ron genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and questions, and tailored his approach to meet my specific needs. Beyond his exceptional chairside manner, Dr. Ron has great precision and attention to detail. Further, he and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is as painless and stress-free as possible. Though I reside in Los Angeles, I willingly make the hour-long journey to Dr. Ron’s practice because I believe he is the only dentist I can wholeheartedly trust. If you're searching for a dentist, I strongly recommend Dr. Ron.

Wasted 2 hours of my time on a workday. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, which was confirmed, arrived at the office, waited 30 minutes to be seen, then informed that they can only do an exam and can’t do cleaning until 1 month later. Was not informed ahead of time at any point. Find another dentist that will be more transparent and not waste your time.

They lure you in by telling you that you get a free consultation. But when you get there all they really want to do is qualify you for a $25,000 loan. They spend the whole time working the finance angle. 20.9% financing.
And if you don’t qualify or don’t want to apply they have no interest in you.
Bottom line, they are selling money. The dentistry is just the vehicle they use. They get what’s called points from the finance companies for every loan they process.

These people are scandalous.

Called this office knowing exactly what I needed. A crown replacement. I asked them if they are in network with my insurance. They said no but since I have ppo I can go there still. I explained to them that I’m not worried about the ppo aspect as much as I’m worried about out of pocket expenses. I told them my current dentist charges me $250 out of pocket for crowns but he is far away from me now that I moved. The lady who answered assured me that it won’t be the case. That my expense will be similar. I made the appointment, took time off work, and went there for initial visit. Only to find out that my out of pocket was estimated at $1000 for the same crown. Not only was this a waste of time and PTO from work, but now I’m getting billed for the xrays that they took which lowers my spending balance with my insurance. I wish they actually paid attention to what I said over the phone instead of the empty promises they gave me just to get me in the door.

First time coming to Dentistry at it’s finest, service was amazing. Everyone was super nice, answered all the questions I had and made sure I was confortable at all times. This is the service I haven’t gotten anywhere else. They took they’re time and didn’t feel like 1 extra patient. Coming back for sure!

Great place, glad I found them. My 10 yr old approves and isn't scared of dentist/braces work bc they actually do a great job with customer service and care about people's needs and consider their concerns. Thurogh intakes and consultations and they set your expectations on treatment. I am looking forward to the treatments here. Have never said that about any dentist locations previously. A notch or two above anywhere else I've been in this area.

We were looking for an emergency dentist in costa mesa because my cousin chipped her tooth. The staff was friendly when we came in.

I’m satisfied with this practice because one, they provide affordable dental implants and two, they have good customer service.

You should probably get a new receptionist. Awful first impression as a new patient, she has a horrible attitude answering the phone or any questions I had, she seemed bothered I even called.

Hi, nice staff, clean office, the dentist was great. Found it very odd that a 3% fee was added for splitting my payment. Are the costs so high that the 3% makes a difference. Seems niggling to me. Dentistry is a referral business. Should I mention the 3% to a potential new patient? Comments welcome.

Finally found one of the best dentists in costa mesa! He’s professional, takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. Highly recommended!

Had a dental emergency in costa mesa when I was traveling. Good thing this practice was nearby, They were fast and efficient so my procedure was done in no more than 1 hour.
