Department of Social Services (Lompoc) reviews
7Front desk/operator at social services LISA in Lompoc is thee rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a government facility. HR do better. Because Lisa isn’t it! Very rude, over speaks ppl while their talking jus overall unprofessional
For the last 4vweeks no one has bothered to fix OUR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FLAG THAT IS HANGING IN PROPERLY.it's very depressing and disrespectful.
I have had better care through the healthcare system than I did at any private doctors or with private insurance
The women in front are rude and aren't able to be understood very well.
I went for an orientation. All participants were asked to give social security and ID. I gave my ID to a woman who works there named Amelia and told her I did not have my social but I handed her my Id. At the end she returns everyone’s id crass except mine and states I never gave it to her. I stayed in the office waiting for her to look for it and she came back with nothing and told me that I never gave her my Id. But I did and now she has lost it. I have had no help and now I have to go get a replacement id that SHE lost. What kind of a place is this
Laura at the front desk is so helpfull.she has the best people skills, she goes the xtra mile to get u where u need to be.pointed in the right direction love love love her.
They are extremely helpful twords clients and tend to treat them with respect and dignity. I have gone there countless times as advocate for several people over the years
