Amazing experience that can only be described as first class. I had an irrigation water leak and I called Dependable on Thursday night and they were at my residence Friday morning at 8: 30am. The team was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in one day. This included cutting and redoing a concrete square. Dependable is my plumbing company moving forward. Thank you Taylor, Richard, Constantine, Dakota and anyone I left out!

Taylor and Con were able to come out the day we needed them. We had slowing of drains and toilets that quickly turned into sewage coming up into the showers. From the beginning, both Taylor and Con were professional, polite, respectful and went over and above. They did a thorough inspection and took the time to really figure out what was wrong. They then gave us 4 choices ranging in depth of work and price, we felt no pressure.and they answered our many questions. They did excellent, efficient work, and cleaned up so thoroughly, they left my son's shower cleaner than before =) We are so glad we finally found a really great, local plumber!

Technician diagnosis was done poorly, and basically implied my area was too noisy for audio equipment scanning. I live in a quiet court and other companies stated that my area was ideal for scanning with audio equipment, and then magically suggested a replacing my pipes for over 8k dollars. Felt that it was a bait and switch. Would never recommend the company to anyone and very sorry I found them.

This company has been awesome with helping us. We have had water heater problems for awhile now and they have with above and beyond to help. Sean was an awesome technician who has helped us with out water heater problems as of late. His expertise with tankless water heaters is amazing. Highly recommend them!

Not reliable. Over priced! Charged a card they had no business having on file whatsoever! Not fixing their mistakes! Had two issues with them. We called them because our bathroom was flooding underneath the toilet at a commercial building.when they arrived I gave them one card and immediately I told him to take that card off and use a different one right away so he did that. I was charged a ridiculous fee for an extra person to help him and it seemed like they spent more of the time running around the building I’m not sure why, our bathroom just had to be reset and unclogged. Once I was told that the bathroom was finished, went to check and it was not flushing now we had absolutely no problem with it flushing and he was trying to leave. We said the job is not done and you did something wrong that it’s not flushing now. He said he had to get a part and come back. The following day I called to complain They got defensive and almost argued with us saying that it’s not their fault that the flush is not working and wanted to charge me an extra $337 but ended up saying if you think it’s our fault we will fix it (yes we think it’s 100% your fault). They come the following day call me before the appointment and say something about a form of payment. My response was the owner is on site She is there and if anything is needed talk to her bc she talked to them when they said they would take care of fixing it. The guy came, and did what he needed to do, and left. The following day I see a charge for $337 in my bank. THEY CHARGED THE CARD I TOLD THEM TO TAKE OFF AND NOT USE! Why was it still in the system? No payment was supposed to come out of that card at all $0! I called to complain and had no response for over 2 weeks! Made a bank claim and ONLY THEN got a call!

Andrew (owner) visited to discuss a sewer replacement project. He was extremely knowledgeable, open and honest. He spent the time to explain the process, pricing and timelines. I and considering their estimate and am likely to use them for either this job or others in the future.

Zach Mixon who came out for the job did a great job in fixing the toilet that clogged by my son who had accidentally put a beyblade into the toilet and flushed.

Richard did great work at Ez stop Rocklin, he fix drain backing up really quick and professionally!
