Taylor was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to ask him every question I had. He found the problem I was having quickly and fixed it right away. I would recommended him and Dependable Rooter and Plumbing to my friends and family.

Taylor came out the very morning I called and was so very professional. He explaining the work that needed to be done, and was able to tailor it within my budget wothout having to open the wall. Thank you Taylor for doing an excellent job in replacing my kitchen sink drains ~ the underside of my sink looks better than it ever did!

We had our water heater repaired and Taylor Irik from Dependable was on time, informative, and very professional. Quality work from a quality company! Will definitely be using them in the future.

Septic tank pump outlet pipe attachment was broken in February 23. Dependable rooter & plumbing came out and fixed it. Unfortunately tank backed up again. I pumped the tank and Richard Sanchez from dependable plumbing came over and quickly diagnosed the issue as another break in the pipe they had put in. He immediately took ownership of the issue, paid the pump company and then in a very timely fashion fixed the issue under warranty. I cannot say enough good things about Richard, who made this a priority to get fixed and Dependable R&P who stood behind their work is such an honest manner! He is the real deal! Would highly recommend.

The plumber quickly, and accurately determined we needed a new garbage disposal but sought to charge way too much to provide and install a new disposal. Instead of paying nearly $800, I bought my own from Home Depot and had another plumber install it and repair a cracked pipe for $372.

Taylor and Jesus were amazing. They completed multiple projects for us with the highest quality of care and in a timely manner. They were also able to identify, explain, and solve our drainage issues. Even the city worker who came to address a roots issue on the city's side was impressed with their work. We'll definitely be using them as our go-to plumbers for any future projects.

I called in the afternoon and was able to get a next day morning appointment. Richard was onetime, kept me up to date with what the issue was and what my options were (including quotes for each). Issue is now fixed.

Dependable Plumbing? More like ‘Deceitful’ plumbing! They’re focused more on up-selling and price gouging than taking care of the customer. I made the mistake of hiring these guys. I learned my lesson. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing service. These guys will rip you off!

The technicians were very professional and did a great quality work replacing my disposal and air gap. I also appreciate that they were willing to work with me regarding the pricing and how fast they responded to all questions. I will definitely recommend using this service and will use it again.

Dependable has done one small job for us last year but we signed up for their membership plan and they came out to perform the annual home inspection. Taylor was very thorough and explained everything he found and answered all my questions.

We asked to have our dishwasher vent and the main drain inspected. Taylor arrived on time and was beyond thorough. He did a very comprehensive inspection of our whole houses' plumbing systems. He used a scope to inspect our main drain from the city sewer connection to the main drains under the house. We could see the condition and it alleviated our concerns that there might be tree root intrusion. There was none. I now have a thorough report on any deficiencies I can correct as I continue future remodels.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink and at one of the lines to the tankless water heater. Taylor identified the sink problem as a rusted disposal and showed us the damaged component. He gave us a number of replacement options and we asked if an ON/OFF button could be installed.

Replaced a small part to tankless water heater.that was not supposed to be installed by the builders.

He also checked the water lines to each bathroom (4) and reported his findings.

Taylor was very personable, professional, and cleaned up after he completed the installs.

We were very happy with the results.and would highly recommend their service.
