The best customer service! Took my ring to get resized and bracelet clasp to get fixed. I got help right when I walked in and got great results.

We are so happy with the service we received at Derco! From the first visit, to the many follow-ups to deciding on the right diamond and setting. Toukhig was responsive and helped us every step of the way. She understood this was a big purchase for us and we never felt pressured or rushed. In picking my wedding band, I was concerned about the diamonds rubbing against the engagement band. Toukhig setup a time for me to meet with the jeweler so they could customize the band to my requests. Both the engagement ring and band came back perfect and we are very satisfied. On top of the great work, customer service is always top notch when we visit and any jewelry I'm wearing gets a good cleaning. We will not hesitate to go back for future purchases!

I brought an heirloom wedding set to Derco and worked with Delin to design a new wedding band and pendent with the stones from the ring. Delin was super helpful and it was great to look at a wide variety of bands that they had in the store to get ideas on what I could do to set my stones.

Before going in they gave me a very fair quote (compared to others I contacted they were the lowest price) and confirmed that what I had in mind would be possible to make. We made an appointment and spent a little over 2 hours looking at other rings and necklaces and coming up with our design. They had a wax mold of a similar design already so I just approved the design all in one day. Then 6 weeks later the ring was ready. They also let us sell back our old platinum and deduct that from the cost which was helpful.

I am soooo happy with how my ring and necklace turned out. The diamonds look even more beautiful than they did in the original ring and the quality is amazing. They are very knowledgable, fair and helpful and we will definitely be back for any future custom jewelry needs. Thanks Delin!:)

Jack has the best customer service. Very attentive to what I need and so pleasant to work with. He not only help and guide you thru the process of purchasing the right jewelry but continued to offer some of my jewelry for cleaning and it doesn’t matter if old jewelry was bought in Derco. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. Excellent employee, never gives you pressure in buying right away but cares that the jewelry you pick will be the best choice for you.
