Doctor Finnan is absolutely one of the most professional intelligent caring Compassionate physicians I've ever had the pleasure to have work with me. And I have been in the medical field. Most of my life in some capacity or another. I'm so thankful for her caring and her concern for my welfare. I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone is blessed to have her as their physician

I’ve been going to Dermatology Medical Group of Oceanside for over five years and love them. When my 14yr old needed a skin growth analyzed I trusted them to treat him quickly. PA Naomi Travers also helped him clear up his acne and has gotten him to wear sunscreen. This is a great family dermatology group imo.

The best in all categories. From checking in to reminders and taken on appointment time. The doctors are kind caring and very knowledgeable.

I continue to deal with inappropriate/incorrect billing practices for the last 5 months. As a retired RN, I am familiar with correct and ethical billing practices-this office has been a nightmare for me.
If I had not been diligent in checking the billing codes sent to my insurance, I would have responsible for the entire amount of 3 visits, as all visits were denied in total by my insurance for incorrect diagnosis codes. I have been able to get two of the 3 visits rectified. It months to get this straightened out. I continue to request correct office and billing codes from a visit I had last May. They have submitted the wrong code to my insurance and continue to do this. Over and over and over. I will keep trying to get the third visit codes corrected so my insurance will pay their part.

HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION as a new patient with PRIVATE INSURANCE. I made my initial appointment over a month ago which was supposed to be seen next week. I get a phone call from their front desk that they have to change my appointment but there would “ be a wait”. I agreed but again reiterated it needed the first appointment of the day. “Sorry, we are now reserving those time slots for surgery”… there are plenty of other choices. I’d this is any indication how this office is managed.if they treat a potential new patient this way I can only imagine how they treat their existing patients. NO THANKS!

DMG Medical Group is my choice for the best dermatology care. In particular, Dr. Sherry Rotunda, my physician, Staff and all Front Desk personnel are professional, friendly, ready to assist. I had minor surgery in October 2023. I have had great care and good follow up consultation. Thank you, DMG

Incompetent nitwits, I waited over an hour only to find out they never checked me in, even though they took my co payment. Will never go back.

Just a money making machine. Follow-up appointments for no reason, you wait forever, they sell overpriced cosmetics, avoid at all costs.

THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY. They don't care about caring for their patients. I recently missed an appointment due to unforseen circumstances. When i called to reschedule, i was told i would need to give my debit card info in order to reschedule. I have melanoma and I'm on Medi-cal.i don't have a debit card i can throw down just to be treated. F this place and their greedy policies

They are always friendly, knowledgeable, have no problem explaining things, very reassuring, supportive. They make sure whatever they do is understood by patients. Heading back on Friday.
