Amanda and Jasmine are the absolute best! They both have 15+ years experience and it shows! I've beeb going for at least 10 years and have broughg my whole family. They are personable but also incredibly smart and always makes me and my family feel well taken care of.

I’ve had multiple experiences where they tell me to show up 15 min before my appointment and they don’t take me back to the room 30-45 min later. I was so frustrated I demanded to talk to the manager, but yet she just told me to wait. I then said I need to see a different dr, and they got me in very quickly as things heated quickly. Very disrespectful workers at the front, they are rude on the phone, despite being horrible with time management and not nice people at the front, I’ve seen jasmine many times and she is wonderful!

Review of office as many others. Dropping of my 82 year old grandmother I left to do other things. Returning 15 minutes prior to her appointment ending I was informed I could not wait in the empty lobby, that I have to wait outside.

Someone got teased as a child and has finally been given some authority.

Blocking off seats to sit 6 feet apart, that's reasonable. Telling people to leave and wait in the hall self righteous especially when the lobby is as big as it is. Furthermore if it is a policy, post a sign.

Review for office experience alone. The office is complete chaos. There is no order and clear separation for Covid. One of the office staff actually told a patient her appointment was later in the day and that the patient is wrong about the time because she never makes mistakes about appointment times. It was so rude. I arrived 15 minutes early as required, yet it still took 30 minutes to even get into a room to wait for the doctor. I have to say the office environment very poorly represents the practice.

My friend recommended me to Dr Jasmine Khachatrian and I could not be more grateful.since highschool ive dealt with really bad acne.i’m in my late 20’s, so by now I thought it should’ve gone away on its own.it actually got worse especially in my chin area when I was 24 till March of this year. I got the IPL treatment and my face has never been better! Literally I could cry because of how happy I am with the results.

Dr jasmine was the sweetest.she continually checked on me as she was doing the procedure, making sure I was okay and not uncomfortable or in too much pain. She’s the kind of doctor that does what’s best for you and not just up-sell a bunch of stuff to “run up your bill”.

i’ve only had my first two treatments done so I still have a few more to go but i’m already so happy with what i’ve seen.and Dr Jasmine’s assistant Mariana is also a sweetheart! You can tell that they both genuinely care for their patients.

Im so blessed to have crossed paths with them.there were days where I genuinely thought I would never get rid of my acne. I tried every kind of face wash, mask, tried changing my diet, honestly nothing worked. I wish I found Dr Jasmine SO MUCH EARLIER

Jasmine was the best. She was so sweet and explained everything she would do. I felt so comfortable with her and trusted that she would do an amazing job! I definitely plan on going to her again!
