I was told I'd be sent a "text message" telling me of my next appointments. I asked if that meant email since I've not set up the California Skin Institute to my phone texts, I was told yes. I have not received an email notice of my next scheduled appointments.

Dr Chansky is the most caring dermatologist ever! He takes the time to get to know you and carefully recommends a customized plan for each patient.

Short wait time, efficient. Dr. Chansky "froze" 3 places: one on head, 2 older ones on hand. Head one ok but was horrified when hand ones later blew up into jelly-like bulbs. Next morning they burst, but wonder what was in that freezing solution.

It's always an amazing experience here.the staff is highly trained and Dr. C is a highly skilled & knowledgeable. He and his team had me aging backwards quicker than a New York minute.

Dr. Chansky diagnosed my skin problem when 3 other dermatologists just prescribed ointments, creams, lotions, soaps, and lotions. He found the root cause on my first visit with him. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and throughly competent in his field. Great office staff also. I highly recommend seeing him.

Mike Karls is the best! He quickly diagnosed my skin issues treating them gently (pain-free).

Super fast check in process, my doctor was friendly but also very efficient. The facility was also easy to get to by bus!
